I purchased a vehicle online from them and drove to pick it up. I was approved and paid the down payment and told 30 days warranty to fix anything. The night I purchased the vehicle they promised to fix he glove box and bring it back any day to get it done. I made an appt to come back a few days later told them about the AC not blowing cold. The manager and the salesman drove the vehicle. This was Monday, I was told to come back Wednesday morning at 9AM and they would fix all the issues and tell me about the extended warranty that I found out about after asking why I was not offered it. Now, I show up 9AM this morning to a locked gate and no answer on the phone. I call the salesman who tells me they should be there and he is on the way. 9:45AM NO SHOW or CALL. I call again and I am told he is broken down and doesn't know why no one is there yet? I said OK I will come back this afternoon. Now, its 1PM I walk in and the manager acts like he knows nothing! He takes the vehicle again to look at the AC and comes back and says bring the car next week on Tuesday at 9AM he needs it all day. Then tells me the glove box is not important right now just the AC. I ask why can't we add the warranty while I am here, he proceeds to tell me I am a special case for the bank and I should have added it when I purchased the car! I am seriously heartbroken right now and the joy of getting my sports car is gone. I said nothing when I had to go buy 4 new tires because 3 of the 4 tires had nails and were damaged. I paid my mechanic to do an oil change and air filter because it was never done. All things that when you purchase a car you would think this is already done and ready to go. My fault I should have walked away from the deal but I truly loved the car and was so happy. I left there today they didn't latch my hood and I am so worried about what will happen now. BEWARE and don't believe anything they tell you. I will update my review next week with hopefully good news.
UPDATE 3-7-25!!! They took my car by transport to South Miami on 3-6-25 to fix the AC issue and then told me it was ready to pickup. I informed them I can't get to South Miami over 2 hours away and they offered to split the tow with me. I agreed and was then told sorry we can't find a tow truck you will have to figure it out. I had to pay $450 to get my car brought back from Miami. Still no repair to the glove box and no copies of any contracts. I purchased the car February 25th and within 2 weeks the AC is broke and I was promised 30 days they fix any issues. Not really sure what to do at this point. PLEASE don't let this happen to you!!! It is an...
Read moreI traveled all the way from North Carolina to West Palm Beach to purchase a work vehicle. Our salesman Jorge was helpful in finding the van we wanted, and the purchase process itself went smoothly at first. However, the main issue for me was the registration and tags process, which I had asked Jorge about from the very beginning.
Because I had previously experienced problems buying a vehicle in Florida and transferring plates to North Carolina, I made it clear right away that I needed reassurance this wouldn’t be an issue again. I was repeatedly assured by Jorge and later staff that “we’ve got you covered” and that they would help with the North Carolina tags properly.
After receiving a temporary Florida tag, I was later told by the dealership that they could not handle the North Carolina transfer. They ended up giving me a Florida tag when I don’t even live in Florida. They mailed me the Florida plate and advised to just simply go to my local DMV. I was assured multiple times that I would not have to pay anything additional besides state taxes. Unfortunately, that was not accurate. At my local DMV in North Carolina, I was charged nearly $400 for a new tag.
When I called the dealership back, I was initially told to send my receipt and we would receive a refund. After several follow-ups and eventually speaking with the manager Adriana was told they could not do anything, and that the staff who assured me otherwise had “no way of knowing” what North Carolina would charge. This was extremely frustrating since I had asked about this exact situation before buying the van and was promised it would not be an issue. Adriana (manager) was rude was not helpful and also seemed bothered by our phone call creating an unforgettable experience .
Additionally, there were a couple of issues with the van itself. While one was addressed, another known issue was not disclosed and ended up costing us about $100 to fix once we got home.
Overall, I cannot say I had a positive experience. The lack of accurate, false information and follow-through left me feeling misled and disappointed, especially after traveling so far to make this purchase. I would strongly recommend that anyone buying from out of state be very cautious and double-check everything directly with their own DMV before relying on the...
Read moreOn July 18th, 2024 I had messaged a guy about a car listed for sale on Facebook marketplace. We had conversations back and forth and agreed to an amount of $38,000 out the door price approved by the owner of the dealership. So we drove 2 hours to the dealership to test drive the vehicle. During the test drive was when Rafael explained that they fill up the gas tank, detail the vehicle and have a 90 day bumper to bumper warranty in case anything happens to the vehicle, as they are put through a thorough inspection and are in functioning condition with no dash lights on or issues with the vehicle. We got back to the dealership and immediately they came out with a paper for $47,000 plus tag tax and title. I explained that my deal had already been handled and we already came to a price. I was told, “no, we can’t honor that, our sales guys do a good job of getting people in the door”. To which I replied, “so you allow your sales guys to bait n switch online?” He just nodded yes. So I got up and walked out. Rafael chased me to my truck and said, let me call our owner and see what we can do to honor our word. We went back in, they did NOT honor their word. But I needed a car and spent too much time already to get to this car. So we payed $41,000. They did NOT fuel up my vehicle, it has been almost 6 weeks and I have not received my tag or my title. Also, I called 4 days after receiving the vehicle only to have lights go off and my vehicle stop working. They said they couldn’t work on range rovers at their dealership so it had to be taken elsewhere and bring them the receipt for work. $5000 later, they refuse to pay, won’t let me speak to a manager, purposely hang up when I call and if I do get ahold of someone, whoever I need to speak with happens to be at “lunch” for 2.5 hours and does not return my phones calls or respond to any of my emails! I’ve been trying for months!! I still cannot get a...
