I usually only post about restaurant and bad service if it really bad but here we go!!! Very bad service! I have never been to a Popeyes and was told we only cooking chicken sandwiches! A whole hour and 15 min before closing! Total minutes waiting 1 hour and 45 min stuck in line! 15 cars in line in the drive through all being told the same thing I was car number 6 out of 15 When I pulled up to this location! Each person wanted at lease 15-20 min at the order screen being told to wait before there order is taken then I was delivered with a rep once that we only cooking chicken sandwiches!!! I said ok due to my family and I being hungry! They told me to pull up to the window I said what about my order they said we just gonna take it at the window cause we trying to get out of here! I get my order taken at the window and I insert my card into to machine as I was doing that I can see the manager is in the office on the phone counting money, one employee doing closing procedures putting water on the floor to clean by splashing water everywhere, one employee spraying chemicals on food surfaces while the store was still serving food, yelling screaming and music being played in the kitchen, an employee had the nerve to eat food in the kitchen Right in front of the drive through window! which is also An health code violation! We honked and called for someone to come back to the window to give us our card and refund us our order it took almost 5 min for the employee who is eating away at the window to get the manager to come out the office and instead of him trying to fix the issue he just issue the refund and turn back into his office! Which I got the whole thing on video! As a former restaurant general manager and now a restaurant owner hospital is key to run an Profitable business. This is the prime example of brand killing everyone who was in that line most likely won’t come back to that location or to Popeyes ever again. 10 employees walking in circles confused during dinner. You can anticipate selling chicken sandwiches during dinner. It’s 5:33, why do you have piles of chicken in the window but can’t make a chicken sandwich in under 30 minutes?
They called the cops on me for asking for food that I was paid to deliver. I was not being rude and I recorded it

Manager believes he does not do good job and truly, and in a delusional way, believes that he does good, but I’ve never even seen a 1.6 on yelp before, I might make an account just to accurately report lower than 1.6 experience.
They believe bullying food delivery drivers is fun and is the only people they can get away with treating bad. I got cancel fees for the food and will be following up with corporate and management. Bullying food delivery drivers is no longer acceptable.
Additionally, I was thinking about getting my dinner at Popeyes, enjoy a sandwich, but I can see that I am not wanted at Popeyes chicken and I will not be treated well at any Popeyes locations.
Manager tried to gaslight me and tell me I hadn’t talked to him and it was someone that looked like him and then immediately referenced our past conversation because I didn’t confuse him, he forgot me and then remembered and then made many bad decisions. He refused to put me in contact with his manager. This is his regular behavior, choosing who gets deliveries and who doesn’t make money, he likes to control and punish white women for personal enjoyment. This man called me Karen and is fostering an environment of discrimination and bullying.

Read more9Drive through attendant very ignorant and rude. Nice recording greets you when you pull up at the drive-thru to let you know what special they have for the day. Then you have to deal with the ignorant drive-thru attendant who's pissed that you ordered the special that the company no longer serves. Ordered mashed potatoes and gravy Snapchat us that she was out of mashed potatoes and gravy that's fine within the asked what sides did they have she refused to answer she had more important things to do. Ask again if they had Cajun Rice answer was no. Let me guess she wants $15 an hour for that service that she just provided it wasn't worth $2 an hour. Left drive-thru without completing order to head to the next Popeye's fried chicken another pleasant experience. As a corporation you may want to take note that one bad person in the boat can sink the entire ship. Arrived at the next Popeye's location greeted again with a pleasant recording to tell me what specials they have for the day when we asked the drive-thru attendant what the special was again we were told she didn't know what the recording said she had no idea what was being offered for the day. And again another ignorant and rude employee who thinks that they deserve $15 an hour they got the order completely wrong when we went inside to get the corrected order they had dropped a customer's box of french fries on the floor they fell out of the box they scooped them up and put them back in the box to give to the customer. We saw this in person not made up. At the rate you're going but you're Popeyes locations in West Palm Beach will be closed down by the end of the year because you don't have employees that care about their jobs or your company.
