Used the Online Ordering System, it said my order was ready. Mind you that this was 2 separate Orders...BOTH said that they were in fact ready. When I arrived, was greeted I'll give them that. But only 1 order was actually ready. Stated to the Cashier that there was suppose to be 2 orders. They didn't even know what I was speaking about, but went ahead and made the second order. Stated it would be 5m. Didn't mind the 5m wait, though honestly was agitated that I had to wait at all. Considering the purpose of online ordering is to avoid human interaction, plus not waiting at the restaurant. After 5m, inquired to the girl who was preparing the order. She said it would be 4m, that's after the first 5m the cashier told me. Which wasn't REALLY a 5m wait either. When my food was Finally ready, the guy who handed it to me stated that "I thought it was a mistake, being that it was the same order twice. That's why I didn't make it." I just said Thanks and left. I was puzzled as to why not contact the customer if you thought there was an issue with the order, or to confirm what had came through??? What is the purpose of having my number, if when there is an issue I'm not contacted? Arrived 414p walked out 430p. You know what I had ordered? Cheese sticks....2 orders of Cheese sticks. And the second order took that long. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Especially since I...
Read moreFirst off let me start by saying that I love Papa John's Pizza. So, I order 8 wings over the phone and the lady said it would take about 15-20 minutes. I drove to pick up my wings at the location (2695 N Military Trail, West Palm Beach FL 33409). When I got there i paid and I waited another 20 minutes; the lady checked the order and told me the wings will be done in 2 minutes. So then 20 minutes became 40 minutes. After 40 minutes from my order over the phone, still no wings. At this point, I asked the cashier how long does it take to make chicken wings; and she said, "5-10 minutes". So then, I told them to keep the wings and I walked out the door.
On top of all that, there were about 7-8 employees working making the food and working on registers. 3 of them had headphones on. 1 or 2 where on their phones texting visibly to everyone. Only one was wearing an apron. Not sure if they require latex gloves, regardless nobody was wearing any gloves. No hairnets, just a few with hats.
A suggestion, read the reviews the location has. I read through a couple and most if not all are bad...
Not sure how long it takes to make chicken wings; but, it shouldn't be 40...
Read moreToday, 2/24/23, I was forced to keep a pizza that I was disappointed with. Chloe treated me very badly over the phone. She complained that I kept her on the phone for 6 minutes, argued with me and refused to replace my untouched pizza that I would’ve gladly brought back.
Chloe is a really mean person, who takes her minuscule job too seriously. This THING wanted me to spend more of my money on ANOTHER pizza instead of swapping it out. Never in my life have I been so disrespected — she even tried to gaslight me by saying “it states it’s thin crust” but had nothing to say when I told her I was looking at the app as we speak and it says that NOWHERE.
Basically, this new parmesan crusted pizza looks like normal crust online. When I got it home, it was thin. Like cardboard. And cold. As ice.
My family & I have been papa john lovers for like, 20 years. People like Chloe, though.. she’s enough to make you never return. Terrible attitude. Very condescending. Maybe she refused service because I’m brown.
I wish autocorrect would stop capitalizing her name due to the fact that she’s so unimportant to me right now as I eat this COLD...
