Kokee Tea - Towson Mall — Attraction in Towson

I've been a fan of bubble tea for a long time and am excited to see more shops popping up everywhere. Tried Kokee this week while my boyfriend and I were in Towson Town Center doing a little bit of holiday shopping.

The shop is located right outside the food court. And there was only one other customer while we were there. The whole process, from stepping into the shop to leaving with our beverage took less than 5 minutes. I got a strawberry milk tea with regular tapioca boba and it was probably the best milk tea I have ever had in life.

I’ve been to this location twice and have had a similar issue about the drinks I’ve asked for. The first time they kept asking if I was sure of the sweetness level and I said yes I’m aware I get these all the time and then continued to ask me throughout the whole wait of my drink in front the whole store full of people that itself is embarrassing. The most recent I had the same issue with them asking if what I wanted was correct and then them discussing it amongst themselves while I was right there. I like Kokee but I will not be returning to this...

It’s too sweet for me. But that’s coming from me who drinks either 30 or zero percent sweetness. The boba was ok, some of them were a bit too soft but maybe that’s what honey boba is like. I love thai tea so I was very disappointed with this location’s thai tea. It tasted very artificial. I only finished this drink because I paid $6.62 for it.
