Politely & Respectfully asked a very simple? and was met with uncalled for Rude Looks & Nastiness. Went elsewhere. What a shame when Customers are being Turned Off before they can even try the food. The Staff acts like Mean Boys & Girls in Elem, Middle, or High School. 1 of these Days They gon Mess With The Wrong One. You Can't Be Disrespectful, Nasty, and Play With Everybody.
Like many other Reviews have mentioned: Not Nice, Poor Customer Service; Extremely Ignorant & Immature Acting actually Laughing @ ppl walking around; Unprofessional, perhaps Racist although staff are ppl OF COLOR and not Caucasion so very Sad, and food I saw sitting there Did Not look the Best @ All. Eggrolls looked Dry Reheated from Frozen. Entrees appeared to have little meat and did not look Fresh, Moist, or Appealing.
Don't think they Care about Doing Better. Look @ all the Bad Reviews and Nothing's Changed.    Read moreI generally do not write reviews, but after the appalling experience I had today at this establishment, I feel compelled to share my concerns. What I encountered was not only disrespectful but also racist and unethical.
The behavior of the two male cashiersâwho I believe are of Hispanic or South American descentâwas utterly unacceptable. Not only were they rude, but they also discriminated against my friend due to her accent. Initially, they attempted to charge my friend $50 for an order that was supposed to cost $14. When I intervened, one of the cashiers apologized and corrected the price.
Furthermore, throughout the interaction, they openly mocked my friend's accent, laughing and making derogatory jokes in Spanishâright in front of us. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also deeply offensive, and it is clear that these employees have not been properly trained.
After reviewing other customer feedback, it is apparent that similar incidents have occurred in the past, and this is not an isolated case.
In addition to the disgraceful treatment, I would strongly advise against eating here. The food served was not fresh, and I am concerned it could lead to food poisoning. I believe this location requires an immediate inspection by the Baltimore County Health Department to ensure public safety.

When the cashier finally came out, he had an attitude and said something smart to the customer waiting behind me. The prices are ridiculous for the little bit of food they give. I remember years back when they used to give good portions but they keep making them smaller and smaller. They have gone wayyy downhill. Then after somebody finally took my order, I had to wait AGAIN for somebody to make my food after my empty box had been sitting on the counter untouched for several minutes. Then when I asked for the extra portion of meat I paid for, the cook had to go back and ask the cashier if I really paid for it, like he didn't believe me. Horrible customer service, rude employees, small portions... yeah I can do without it. I am NEVER COMING BACK HERE ever again. I'll just go to Quickway out in Parkville, they give more food for the same price and their food...
