Pasta Mista Towson — Restaurant in Maryland

Horrible order went to wrong location called restaurant and the manager was too busy to get on the phone the person I spoke to couldn’t speak English I will NEVER order from them again. DO NOT USE THEM their customer service is unacceptable. I called my bank and told them what happened so I could get my refund. If the manager would have spoken to me I wouldn’t be this upset but she told me (in broken English) that the manager was too busy. ALSO, I texted the delivery person and gave them our address and her response was ok got it! But got a call from a very angry man (who went to a hotel to deliver my food) who yelled at me. Wow wow wow why would I be texting a woman delivery person then get a call from a nasty angry arrogant delivery MAN who went to the wrong address? Not my fault! This restaurant will be on my “it list” and I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW HOW IGNORANT that the manager knowing how upset I was COULDNT SOLVE THIS VERY SIMPLE SITUATION! This place is great! Love the focaccia sandwiches and the pasta dishes, but the pizza is why I keep coming back here. Had a recent problem with another pizza delivery and decided to come to Pasta Mista to have a better experience. And they did not disappoint. They never have! The service is friendly enough, and the veggie pizza we got (we added eggplant and pepperoni because we were feeling spicy) was delicious. And ready in fifteen minutes! So easy! The only reason this isn't five stars is because sometimes the pizza is a bit on the salty side. Not inedible, just saltier than other places. Maybe it's the cheese. Anyways, that helps the wine to flow, now doesn't it? Side note: when my sister gets the whole family together for pizza night at her place, this is the place we get the pies every time. The pizza and subs are good but used to be better. All the Towson nut Huggers say it's the best pizza ever had but most of them have never been to New York place that has real pizza, but for Baltimore it's pretty darn good.

And used to be better few years ago they were using the Grande Cheese what's the step above regular cheese, not as good as PollyO, but none-the-less better than average cheese

But I guess like most places it comes down to cost they don'twant to spend the extra 1.29 a pound for the good cheese so they use the regular Sysco cheese but overall it's a good pie and for Baltimore it's very good cuz most Pizza in Baltimore is not very good

The heros are good but for some reason whenever I go in there they never toast my roll but all things considered for 6.75...
