I have never had such a terrible experience in my life! This by far is the worst chick-fil-a I have ever been to! Never have I been treated so poorly! So I go there today mind you I was at the mall walking around for a few hours before I went there. WHY? Well I was there walking around with my man trying to walk this baby out! I am past due and thought the exercise would help move things along. After walking around for all that time we had built up an appetite and decided we were going to get chick-fil-a and take it home. Our order was simple and small. The order was a grilled chicken sandwich a 12 PC chicken nugget and a large fries. We payed and were told to stand back and listen for our name to be called. So we waited and when they called our name my man asked the man to confirm that he said our name and he said yup here you go and handed my man the food. When we got home which was 15 mins away we were sitting down to eat and low and behold. The entire order was wrong! I got a 3 PC tender, he got a spicy chicken sandwich and; our so called large fries were only filled up half way! So they gave us what would have been the equivalent of $10. Mind you we paid $15 for what we wanted. So we then took the food back upon arrival I asked to speak to the manager. This manager was a very rude and incredibly inconsiderate woman. She didnt even apologize for our trouble and inconvenience. No instead she just said what do you want me to do remake your order or you want your money back while rolling her eyes at me. I turned to my man and asked what he would prefer to do while she stood there huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes and shaking her head as if we were in the wrong. So we just asked for our money back and decided to call corporate on her and report the incident. However they noted our complaint they still did nothing to gain our business back. So we will never eat at chick-fil-a again. They were very unprofessional so if you want to be treated horribly and your order to be wrong then this is the place you want to go. Not us we deserve to be treated with the same respect they would want to be treated with if they were in our shoes.    Read moreI hate to do this to my beloved Chick-fil-A but my experience this morning was unpleasant. I have only been displeased with the Brand on two occasions and unfortunately, today is the second time. To make matters worse, it has been two consecutive visits. I went to the Towsontown Mall location at 8:30a because I placed an order through the CFA app but realized that I was at the wrong location. I called the correct CFA and had them cancel my order there (I didn't want to travel further and be late to the office). So, I placed a simple order: spicy breakfast chicken sandwich, with egg, american cheese on English muffin. The cashier stated (pleasantly) that they didn't have spicy chicken, (ok, I'll take regular), also the they didn't have English muffins (ok, I'll take the biscuit instead). An order of hashbrowns (no problem there) and I'll take a sweet iced tea (no problem there). First, I noticed a small but significant difference in price between my order online and in person. However, I chalked it up to being differences in location menu pricing (they get a pass). So, I waited for about 7-8 mins. I drank my sweetened ice tea (not very sweet) and waited in the nearly empty mall food court. They called my order and after a few pleasantries, I left with my food. On my commute to work I ate the hashbrowns. I will admit they were delicious. (reason for the 2nd star). By the time I arrived to my office I unpack the remainder of my order and as I unwrap my non-spicy, non-english muffined chicken sandwich I smell something amiss. They did not prepare a chicken breakfast sandwich but a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. (I don't like pork bacon). So, now I have wasted my morning breakfast run and I have a sandwich that is...just not what I wanted, I won't eat it.    Read moreI visited this location for the first time! I ordered my usual with a coffee. I noticed that they were out of the vanilla creamers so I asked the manager Tiffany if they had anymore and she said no. She offered to grab me some from what I could only assume was their storage area and asked if I wouldnât mind waiting 3 minutes. I said never mind but she insisted on getting it and wouldnât take no for an answer. Also, while waiting in line, someone who was less fortunate asked me if I could help him get some food to eat so I obliged. I let him order whatever he wanted off of the menu. Tiffany was so pleasant in assisting the young man with his order. When I was about to pay for his order she told me that would be unnecessary and that she would take care of his meal. Talk about great customer service and a true blessing! She has a heart of gold. Chick-fil-A is honored to staff managers like Tiffany within their company. I love Chick-fil-A.
