LJA Nails & Spa — Attraction in Jersey Village

I was a walk in and it was my second time here. Both experiences were great! Both nail techs were amazing! Today was super special to me, I had my nails done for my son’s birthday that is tomorrow. I only once had my nails done like this and this was before I went into the hospital to have him. As far as color and design go, it was on a mani then. She was so kind and did any amazing job paying attention to detail! I would consider us regular customers. My girl is always satisfied with the male nail technician’s work who we believe is the owner. However, on our recent visit we were not pleased by the lady who checked us out this time. She assumed we didn’t tip and tried to insinuate we needed to tip a bigger amount, even though we already did (a generous tip at that) . At the end when the receipt printed, she checked to see if we had put a tip she had approved of and proceeded to let us leave. I wasn't in the best spirits today so I wanted to get a pedicure. I stopped by LJA because of the reviews. I will not go here again. The people are not friendly. Let me rephrase, they were not friendly towards me at all. The only one who was nice, was the young man who greets the customers. This experience made a bad day worse!
