Great selection, great prices, great customer service, great store.

Both Sharlene and Lindsay are nice, respectful, and just make the whole experience fun tbh. Lindsay is extremely helpful and I was very impressed with the knowledge they possessed with regards to certain items that I was looking for and also appreciated the input they had for certain items as well.

I love that testers are available, (you can ask if you don't see an available tester, just in case they have one behind the counter) can try on clothing/shoes, and even have toys out of the box to check out. I've not seen this in similar stores and I thought this was amazing! Especially for getting a feel for the toy (flexibility/softness/durability/handling) and how that specific product speed(s) are.

Prices are fair and I believe their prices have been the best overall compared to other shops. I'm only sad I haven't been coming here sooner.

A small detail, but one I appreciate, are their bags. Any other adult boutique gives you some generic plastic black bag (which if you are wanting to be discreet with your purchase, you can absolutely ask for that here) but they give you these cute pink and black striped bags that really tie the...

I hope the owner sees this. We were coming in trying to return an item that was not listed correctly. The size inside the box was different. But we later realized that we couldn't return it. Then we started to look around and the lady with the tattoos started laughing at us and then started saying we looked underage and that we have to leave. Even though we have been here several times and I'm 25 and my girlfriend is 20 and our friend was 30. What seems to grind my gears is that that only did this because we wanted to return something and the lady in the tattoos didn't like us. She's seen us serval times and has never said anything. As a Buisness person you should remain respectful and not target your customers when you are having a bad day. I for one will not be coming back. Yes it will not have any impact on your Buisness. But I hope that the other people who see this review will at least go in and try to be very respectful because they asked me to leave even though I was 25 and she didn't even ask for my ID....

I’m pretty new to this stuff, but I had a FANTASTIC second attempt in this store. I don’t like negative reviews but my first time in, the manager was working, (older gal, dark hair) and I felt pressured to buy expensive items from her. I explained I was new, and very nervous, but it seemed to pass over her head, and she wasn’t helpful unless it was the “hot expensive item”. I left not buying anything and upset. Now, I believe in second chances, and I went back in. Let me just say, I will only ever go to this location because of Angel. I arrived with a bit of hesitation, but she was so sweet. She asked me all kinds of questions, made me feel very safe. Then recommended things that would actually help me, not the top brand and most expensive. She listened, she cared.
