After the experience I just had at this location it’s safe to say I will not be returning ever again. If I could leave zero stars for the low level of customer service I would. The food is not the issue here but the atmosphere and morale of the employees all the way up to the manager. I came in to purchase a double char burger for lunch, and I planned to eat the sandwich in the restaurant. However there was another party with a loud barking/crying dog. The dog was not a service animal and it constantly was barking and crying. It disturbed the peace and interrupted my party’s dining experience. The owners did nothing to calm the dog or maybe take it outside. Last time I checked dogs weren’t allowed in a restaurant. No employee cared to advise the customers about their nuisance pet. When I asked an employee about their policy with dogs she said she didn’t know. And when I asked for a manager I was told she was too busy to speak to a concerned customer. I love dogs and pets, I have my own. I respect other peoples pets. However when i go to an established restaurant i expect a level of sanitation and customer experience. If I wanted a subpar dining experience I’ll go to McDonald’s or BK. There are many alternatives for burgers near by and for a better price , where I don’t have to be bothered by animals and employees who don’t care. Read moreI don't know how people say they love this place ! Frozen patties with pieces of bones in them, I mean seriously this place is not fresh, and the fries have no flavour! Overall I would eat in and out over habit ! Also I just was back there again, and I tried now many times to give them the doubt of the matter that nobody is perfect, but i take home the meal with fries being not cooked all the way lushy and smush ! Was not happy ....but I went back again, and said please make them french fries fresh cause last time it wasn't good, and they said no problem ! Not offering free or better just said ok ! And I try everyone couple times to see if it was just a bad day, but they have a bad manger ! I got my meal and guess what now the fries where over fried to crispy and hard lol I couldn't believe it also the burger a disaster falling apart with the first bite ! Another thing I wane mention that has been bothering me is the sanitary of that place, I eat in other habits before, but the one on sunrise is disgusting.. . Period tables nasty not clean filty sticky and nobody does anything ! I would suggest that they change the management, and get that place back on track cause habit to me was clean sanitary and fresh, but the sunrise location is taking the name and ruining it . Read moreWe had a great greater and cashier this evening. I wish I remembered her name, because she was really good. Very attentive, and offered suggestions that were helpful.
My receipt for management reference is #1504; Drawer 4; Chk #557. I think she might have been fairly new, as she had another more experienced person admonishing her, and ordering her to take her break in front of the cashier's guest. Me and my family.
That same more experienced person was cleaning the table we chose to sit at. The odd thing was complaining about how busy it was.
It just seemed odd that her commitment staying busy wasn't as dedicated as our cashier's.
There were also two managers on duty. The shorter of the two was dizzyingly busy behind the counter, and behind with the cooks and elsewhere. But he also was very attentive when my son needed a change to his food order. But it wasn't just the attention to my son, but to other guests as well.
Too great employee experiences, and great food that was ready quickly, with hot fries, burgers, and onion rings. ...and I just love that Super Food Salad!!!
