You can call ahead and request special cuts of meats and they will be ready when you get there. I call ahead for Boston Butt Pork for green chilli stew and he has it cubed and packaged perfectly. FYI Boston Butt is not from the butt and is the most flavorful and tender part for cooking stews and roasts. This I learned from the great folks at M&W! Several time I've gone down for something and had the clerk ask how my other family members are doing who didn't join me. It is a pleasant place to shop.
