MÜV Dispensary Apollo Beach — Attraction in Riverview

Not impressed at all. Concentrate prices are expensive for the quality and now getting rid of U rewards. My reason for the 1 star review is I drove over 30 mins to find out promo is an online deal only. I tried calling for help placing my order and couldn’t get through so drove to the dispensary. I went for concentrates without the promotion it really isn’t worth it to me. I expressed that to your team, and all I got as a response is that’s an online deal not in store. I made it in about 5-10 mins before closing. Not one member of your patient care team offered to help me place my order online. Everyone was more concerned about closing and getting out of the store. Had this been Trulieve or Curaleaf they would’ve jumped and helped me get the discount we earned as patients! I don’t think I’ll be returning here anytime soon. Please don’t be sorry just be better and provide exceptional customer service we already are getting ripped off by these inflated prices least you could do is treat us with more appreciation as a customer. I’d understand if I was a first time walk in customer at your location but I go quite often and don’t feel...

I am very pleased with my purchase I gave it four out of five stars because so far the products have been what they were supposed to be, unlike my very first experience at a dispensary with trulieve. At trulieve I spent $150 on Vapes and edibles eight different strains and strengths all the highest of their strengths and I felt zero effects from any of it making me think something was wrong with me because it's the most popular company in Tampa in Florida actually. So when I actually felt something from muvs products I was so relieved LOL. Only complaint I have is the prices of Vapes per quantity is a little high it's double other dispensaries that give you 1 gram for the same price that they charge for .3 of a gram which only lasts like a day or two unfortunately so I'm going to be trying different products and continue to shop here and maybe try some other dispensaries. The only other complaint is the delivery you literally will have to sit home from 9:00 to 4:00 p.m. because they have so many other deliveries and they can't specify a time until they are actually close so keep that in mind if you do...

This is in response to my wife's visit to your location today.

Typically it would be a 5 star or higher if that could be done.

So this morning, my wife placed a order online. Had a nice sale, the price went from 100 down to 30, again heck of a sale. The receipt online said the same

When she got to the location, she was informed that was not the case, even though the actual receipt on her bag said the same exact thing. $30 for her order. She was informed it was $70 and not $30, again even with a receipt on the bag showing the price was $30. The tender got the manager on duty and they explained it was a error on the sites fault. Ok, the receipt said $30 not $70. She questioned if they would honor the receipt and she was told no.

Now I get it, errors happen. Have to say that this was a first for a place not to honor what was on the online receipt as well as the physical receipt as well.

So today my wife went into the Apollo Beach location, and the situation was corrected and done so in a manor that shows why this is my wife's favorite dispensary. Thank you guys...
