Mariner West Condominiums — Attraction in Upper Grand Lagoon

Arrived at the nastiest place we have ever stayed in Panama City beach! We walk inside to find exposed wires that was once behind crown molding that’s not there! Nothing was cleaned! Couches on every cushion and chair on the floor under every chair was food and dust bunnies. Sand on all the Furniture inside and out! Popsicle sticks, smarty candies inside and out of wrappers, fruit loops inside and out on the floor!! The dishwasher has all the dishes in the dishwasher! Dust on every piece of furniture! Bathroom smell so bad sink backs up!the balcony furniture was ripped to shreds with rust from all the chair! Lady said we were just wanting money off our bill they were tired of listening to us!they would NOT come and clean! Said they would evict us with no refund! They tell you checking is later due to cleaning and due to the virus you have to bring your own bedding they would supply the sheets only, however this room was not cleaned period and the best solution...

We have stayed in these condos the last 35 years. This year was terrible. My son and his family stayed there this year. His refrigerator had to be held closed by plastic bags tied together, the light fixture was coming apart, ice maker didn’t work, many other problems. And on top of this many of the patio beams had poles under the beams I guess for support. I don’t know who is running this now but it’s absolutely terrible the condition they have let it get into. It was never like this in 35 years. We normally come down and get several condos for the week here. We will be finding somewhere else to stay in the future. They use to have rows of chairs lined by the pool, but this year they have 5 on one side and 4 on the other, and just 2 or 3 tables with chairs. I would have and did recommend this place for years but...

My family is staying next door. By mistake me and my cousin came to this place looking for my aunt. Well after starting to walk threw the back to the beach to locate them. The lady said you pepole do not belong here. I said excuse me but my wife and kids are back here. Can we atleast tell them we're not allowed to be on the beach with them. She said no get out now. Had she treated us fair we would have none are condo was nextdoor. I have footage and will be contacting The better...
