Coral Reef Condominium Rentals Association — Hotel in Upper Grand Lagoon

I do not recommend Coral Reef 0206 - First I’d like to say that the price to rent this condo is absolutely outrages and I’ll tell you why…..the listing advertises that it sleeps 12, this is misleading! We had 8 in our party and the following are the issues we had with only 8 in the condo. Only 1 towel per person is available. There were no extra towels anywhere. Front bedroom with bathroom has no dresser or drawers for storing clothing 2nd Master bedroom king bed was extremely uncomfortable. It sagged in the middle and we had to pile pillows in between us to make it somewhat comfortable. Worst bed we have ever slept in! The bathroom that is shared with the 2nd master and 2nd front bedroom is very outdated and needs to be updated. It had ONE towel bar which doesn’t work well when 4 people are sharing it. There is a huge wall that can accommodate at least 2 more towel bars. But there is absolutely nothing on that wall, in fact there are no decorations in that bathroom at all. The living room chairs are visibly dirty. Needs to be cleaned or replaced. The living room area only seats 5. Even when we pulled the uncomfortable kitchen chairs in there we only had enough for 7 to sit. Definitely need more furniture in that area. The balcony also needs additional furniture and nicer chairs. Only 4 chairs are available and the size of the balcony can certainly accommodate more! The condo needs a deep cleaning. Dust is piled up on the ceiling fans and the floors are filthy. Overall we were extremely disappointed in this condo considering how much we paid. If you have more than 6 in your party I would recommend finding a different condo. There are nicer cheaper...

Stayed in unit 1001, paid over $3k for the week. The unit itself was not well maintained. the wallpaper in the master bedroom was falling off, the carpet in the unit was very dirty, there was mold in the glass of one of the bathrooms, there were severe cracks in the ceilings and in the walls along with visible water damage, and we didn't have many utensils in the kitchen. Even the lights on the balcony didn't work! We Definitely will not stay here again!! The room had a nice ocean view, and the beds were comfortable. The grounds of the complex was well maintained. Except for the elevators and BBQ grills. We told the office multiple times we kept getting stuck in one of the elevators all week, and nothing was done about it. Then when it came time to check out, the elevator that kept getting stuck finally broke down all together. So only 1 elevator was working for the whole complex. We waited over 40 minutes for a clear enough elevator to take our luggage down. Everyone was checking out at the same time so the elevator was always full. One of the maintenance guys had to turn the only working elevator off from public use and come get me so I could get on.

Hope this review helps people stay clear of this place. I can't speak for the rest of the units at coral reef but if it's anything like 1001 dont...

Room 206 floor 2: Coming right after the corona outbreak after a year, finally for a vacation, this place was the only option for a 4+ bedroom available in PCB. The condo was decorated very pretty and updated. There was no wait for parking or elevators. Pool and beach access was nice, but the “nice” faded very quickly. First, the showers were molded and body hair was left from previous visitors. The floor was so filthy your feet were left black after walking around the rooms. From just sweeping the kitchen floor piles of hair was swept up. The beds mattresses were so old they were stiff with a sunken hole in the middle. Coats of dust was left in all bedrooms along with stained glass. The condo door would not lock and there was overall trouble contacting the property manager not answering any calls. To top it all off, In one bedroom two TICKS were found crawling and then a 3-4inch ROACH in the BEDS!!!!! NASTY! If you are coming to look for a nice get away vacation to enjoy you would honestly have better luck at the motel 6. This place is not clean and more trouble then anything. Would...
