Martinez Distributors — Attraction in Miami Springs

My few visits were ok to this store, saw variety of items. Unfortunately the few recent visits were horrible. The place is not clean. Especially the bulk chicken packs are very badly sealed and the fresh blood is still visible even outside the package. They sell meat in 10 lb packs and I found that most of the packets were already date expired but still placed with the regular items. I bought a pack of sliced goat meat (they label the meat variety outside a big white box and we cannot see the content inside from outside of the box). When I opened the box at home it was beef. Very unprofessional, the label says one thing and they put something else inside. For one time, I thought it might be a mistake and just informed the associate over the counter and the customer service representative. But this happened repeatedly three times. Also they put lot of date expired items on the frozen section. When I informed them they just said- just get the one with right date. This also happened several times. I know its the customer who should be careful on the dates, but what is the intention of keeping date expired items? Some customers rush to grab few items and forget to check the date, unfortunately they are the victims. After complaining these things, no one still takes these things seriously and the mistakes are repeated again and again. Very bad customer service. I have decided not to visit this place again and won't recommend this place to anyone. Attached images should explain things...

I got charged twice for a product-No Customer Service at all/Avoid this place. Nadie para ayudarte con un producto que me cobraron doble. I made a $ 161.25 purchase yesterday 09/07/20 at 12:09 PM and the Cashier Midiala charged me twice for a bag of malanga ($8.99). Funny thing-I even felt bad since I didn't have any single to tip her which I think is Customary since she had a little plastic bucket for tips. I called the store when I got home (right after) and there was not one there to assist me since it was Labor's day. I got several calls this morning from Janine-basically taking me through the whole investigation process to try to find out if the Cashier was at fault and she also mentioned me that it is not the first time something like this happen with the same cashier-Go figure !!!

Anyway-here I'm sitting writing you this review and as of now-no refund has been issued to me neither I was able to speak to the Manager or owner regarding this issue.

Did I mention that the meat prices are not near what they used to be.

Last time for me and I ask you to stay away from this place as well.
