Doubles as a Prime drop yard and overnight parking for Prime Floral pick ups across the street. Arrived at about 3 AM, rang the gate bell, doorman let me in, grabbed my truck and trailer number and asked how long Id be staying. I even stayed past my estimated time a few hours waiting on a call and nobody was bothered by it.
