About 10 years ago, I ordered these meals for a couple of months. It was affordable and the food was varied and good. I recently placed an order with them again. The first day, the food was delivered within the window they had confirmed (about 11:30am). However, the next two days the lunches were delivered at 3pm. The first excuse was that there was no electricity in the kitchen due to heavy rains. The next day, the blame was put on the driver. I decided to cancel the next two lunches because I found myself spending additonal monies on Uber Eats just so I could eat at a reasonable time (not at 3pm). I asked them to cancel the remaining two deliveries and to refund my original form of payment. It’s been a week and I’ve texted them twice (in English and Spanish) and I haven’t received a response in any language. I will most likely not receive the credit for the two lunches which was a total of $36. I’ll take the loss but I wanted to share my experience with whomever reads these reviews. Be careful with dealing with this company! The food is overpriced for what they offer and obviously their customer service and reliability is non-existent. There are plenty of other affordable catering companies who are willing to cater to their community, who are reliable and affordable. Read moreSTAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I ordered from this place and spent a lot of money to get meals delivered for Thursday and Friday at my hotel while I was recovering from surgery. Thursday came and I got no meals delivered. It took forever to finally get someone to answer my call and then I was told they didn’t see my order in the system and then they switched the story later saying that the driver had delivered the food outside my hotel door. My hotel checked the cameras and they said no one dropped off any food outside my hotel door or at the lobby. Because of covid-19, delivery drivers aren’t even allowed to go upstairs and I was told that the food was taken upstairs outside my room. They LIED and then refused to get me a refund. They gave me a credit. How do you give a credit for three meal preps that were missed on a specific day. I had to then order food from somewhere else and pay even more. I got the food for Friday and honestly it was HORRIBLE AND BLAND. Order from Spartan meals instead, their food was on time and really good. More choices as well. I’ll be making a report with the better business bureau as well and with the city of Miami. Read moreI learned about this unreliable, fraudulent company one day reading the Miami Herald. All started well until I learned they put me on an automatic monthly payment. It has been an ongoing issue since last year. I tried to communicate with them since the app didn't have an option to stop monthly auto-renewal then they will recharge my account again, and again. I tried calling them texting them, however I would get an answer very seldom and they would not follow through. A few months after the issue started, Fit2go upgraded their app, I tried accessing it but no luck. The charge continues with no account access and no goods delivery either. I continued trying to communicate with them and nothing. Finally, I had to threaten them with calling authorities and a couple days after they called, then made me wait a couple more days, then the owner (Joshua Gilbert) called me, after dealing with this situation since December 2020 to try persuaded me to stay, I firmly asked him for a refund adding all charges not approved, and never heard back from them.
