To who it may concern. I was just a few minutes ago at this store buying a small frame and I was having issues with the automatic cashier machine. I called the employee cashier that was there telling her I needed help. She told me to do what the machine was telling me to do and I told her the machine was saying “A team member was needed” she kept replying that I was doing something wrong and to do what the machine was telling me to do and I kept telling her that the machine says “A team member was needed” She came and she told me that I was doing wrong, then I told her I am not supposed to know what to do because I don’t work for Michael I don’t have to know that, I told her I was a costumer and I needed help which she replied she doesn’t care, that she was only employee working on the floor and she is a person and I was rude to her. I answer back that I was never rude to her and she said that I was raising my voice to her. I raised my voice out of frustration because she kept telling me more than twice that I was supposed to do what the machine was telling me to do. The machine said “A team member was needed” She kept telling me that she was the only person working on the floor and I told her that is not my concern that Michael needs to hire more people to help customers and then she told me to leave which I told her. “ Trust me I am leaving and I am not going to be back to that place because is terrible. I was treated badly by one of your employees and she was very disrespectful at me.
Your employees need to be better trained when treating customers. The way she treated me was very unprofessional and arrogant. I am not happy at all with what happened and a place I used to love like Michaels I no longer...
Read moreI recently had the unfortunate experience of placing an online order at the Michaels store located at 8287 W Flagler St in Miami, FL. While I had high hopes for a convenient and seamless pickup process, the waiting time I endured was nothing short of a nightmare. I am compelled to share my disappointment and frustration to help others make an informed decision.
The primary purpose of ordering online is to save time, but that notion was completely shattered during my visit to this Michaels store. The waiting time to pick up my product was excruciatingly long, to say the least. It felt as though the staff was completely unprepared for the influx of online orders.
As a consumer, I believe that businesses should prioritize efficiency and customer satisfaction, especially when it comes to online order fulfillment. Unfortunately, the Michaels store at 8287 W Flagler St failed miserably in these aspects. Their inability to manage the waiting time for online order pickups reflects a severe lack of planning and consideration for their customers' time.
I strongly advise against relying on this particular Michaels store for online order pickup. Save yourself the headache and choose an alternative location or consider purchasing your desired items from a different retailer altogether. There are plenty of other options available that can offer a smoother and more efficient...

I usually never write negative reviews, but my experience with the Flagler St. Michael’s store was so frustrating and unprofessional that I feel obligated to warn others.
I placed an online order for a custom frame for two pieces of art I recently brought back from Mexico. Shortly after, I started receiving multiple calls and voicemails from the store. First, they told me that if I didn’t bring my art to the store within 24 hours they would cancel my order. When I pushed back and explained that my receipt clearly stated I had 30 days to drop off the artwork, they insisted they would cancel it anyway unless I rushed over immediately. Later, I got another voicemail admitting that I was right, that I had up to 30 days, and that I could come by anytime before 7:00 pm.
So, two days later, I drove 40 minutes to the store and arrived at 6:30 pm, only to find that no one was at the framing department. Another employee tried to help but ended up wasting over an hour of my time telling me to “wait,” “come back another day,” or “someone from framing will call tomorrow.” In the end, they couldn’t even cancel my order because the framing manager Rosalia or anyone from her team wasn’t there to handle it.
This whole ordeal was a complete waste of time, gas, and money. The staff had no idea what the actual policies or procedures were, contradicted themselves, and left me with zero resolution. For a big-name store, the level of disorganization and lack of professionalism was shocking.
⚠️ Do yourself a favor and avoid Michael’s at Flagler Street in Miami. They don’t follow their own rules, they mislead customers, and their customer service — especially under the framing manager Rosalia — is a total mess.
