*UPDATE A manager/the owner followed up, after seeing this review and an email sent to the company’s customer service. She issued an apology as well as a partial refund and an offer of 10% off a future purchase, if we were to decide to patronize their business again, for the inconvenience and poor customer service we experienced. I have adjusted my review rating to from a 1 star.
Your sales representative lied on at least 3 occasions. First she lied about contacting us to pickup our furniture when in fact she never attempted to contact us. My husband contacted the store to check on the ETA of furniture since we had not heard anything in over two weeks(she told us she didn’t know if item was at warehouse or other store location). Then she lied about adding additional items to our PO to be paid for at time of pickup but when we called back to schedule the pickup the additional items HAD NOT been added to the order. She then lied again and said she had not made the mistake and we would need to pay the current higher price for the items to be added since the sale ended (we offered to pay in full at the time of the 1st call but she declined, stating she would add to PO at sale price and we could pay at pickup). We had to ask speak with someone else to have the items added to the PO at the sale price and paid him directly over the phone. Finally, once we picked up the items she lied again and stated we signed up for an open box item therefore the damage to the 1st item of our PO should have been anticipated. We then produced a copy of the signed agreement of purchase which clearly indicated we DID NOT purchase a floor model/open box with possible damage item. The document was signed at the time of purchase at your store and your unethical sales representative accepted the agreement and gave us our copy. At no time did she state during any of the sales transaction that the item purchased was open box and/or a floor model. That is why the agreement signed off on does not say the item is possibly damaged. No different than we did not sign off on the information regarding delivery and set up because it was not applicable. Read moreNice pieces and spacious with lots if furniture to look at. Customer service was horrible!! No one spoke to me when i came in and i was left to wander the store despite it being empty. I came in looking for velvet barstools and a dining room set. I found the stools i wanted but needed a different color. They were downstairs and no one even came to see if i needed assistance after being downstairs and Browsing for a while. After going upstairs to find assistance the associates didn't even ask if i needed help or glance my way. Decided to take my coins elsewhere with better service. Yes they have nice stuff but it can be easily found else where with better service and attentiveness. Sucks because i came from an hour away to check them out. Im appalled. Wish i could get my time and gas money back....
Read moreI ordered bar stools online for $299 and they called me a day later saying the stools are not available in store and for that reason the price will be $599 because they are coming from their warehouse. If you know the items are no longer available, why did you leave the listing online? This is terrible customer service. At least show the customer you are trustworthy and bite the bullet for your mistakes. If the item is discontinued and is not available at all, then understandable.
