I’m very concerned that none of their phone I numbers work nor have they answered my email inquires or messages sent to their contact site. This is after I purchase a Zephyr Exhaust hood. It was listed as open box, no damage. What arrived has large scale damage in multiple areas. I’d give the benefit of the doubt that some could have happened in shipping, but that may be a stretch.
