I am not one to spend time writing reviews but this one needed to be written. I am a very particular person who likes things done very specific and very well. When it came time to think of what I wanted for my engagement ring, I was completely lost. With so many options and so many places trying to sell me something I felt very uneasy trying to put together an idea of what I wanted, let alone a magician who would be able to make it happen for me. I am very against walking into a mainstream jewelry store and pointing at something behind a glass case so I knew I needed an alternate option. I wanted "my own" jeweler who I could eventually create a long lasting relationship with for pieces to be created over the years. Long story short, I was having lunch at a nearby restaurant and took a chance walking into Luis' shop. By this time, I decided exactly what I wanted my ring to look like. Within minutes, Luis knew exactly what I wanted and that was it. I gave his card to my then boyfriend and he went straight to Luis who brought my exact vision to life AND made it an incredibly stress free experience for my boyfriend who was also uneasy about this process. Recently I returned to see Luis to begin the process of designing and making my wedding bands. Amazing experience as always with this fine human who can make any piece of jewelry you want him to and it will come out stellar. I’ve challenged him on numerous occasions with different pieces of jewelry so my special someone could always have something that’s One of one. you’ll be very surprised how competitive the pricing and the quality of work is. I’ve had him make many rings and earrings along with pendants. The prices are cheaper than anywhere you can go because he’s so honest and what’s most important to him is that you get the piece of jewelry that you want when it’s all said and done. He is so meticulous and compulsive about measuring and checking and his patience is second to none when it comes to dealing with your special someone giving her exactly what she wants. The owner, Mr. Montenegro is very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. First time there June 2024 my wife and I were amazed of all the beautiful custom made jewelry. I saw a necklace that gave me the idea of customizing it to my style and taste which I shared and 2 weeks later right on Father’s Day he had it all completed. In August I went back with a 21 year money clip which finally broke and he confirmed it wasn’t real silver! Well I asked him to make me one exactly from scratch with REAL silver and 3 weeks later it was completed AND he added a special touch to the design which looked even better than the original!
