Definitely, this is one of the most unique cafes I’ve ever visited, and I absolutely enjoyed my overall experience here! The cafe’s design concept is very artistic, with fantasy-inspired elements in the decor that really pull you inside and make you want to soak up the atmosphere. There’s also a super cute outdoor garden with tables decorated just as nicely as the indoor area. The only aesthetic minus I can mention is the boring, cheap-looking white plates they use to serve food. They should definitely switch them to something nicer that matches the cafe’s overall style. Everything, from the furniture to the silverware, was in great condition, and the place was spotless. I also noticed staff constantly checking and cleaning tables. When my friend and I came on Sunday around 1 p.m., the cafe was almost fully packed, and the parking lots around it were full too. At this cafe you first order and pay at the cashier, then grab a number, pick any available table, and the staff bring your food over. The menu has a pretty big selection of food and drinks. Looking at other people’s plates didn’t help much, because everything was beautifully presented, and even the drinks were decorated wonderfully and seemed so yummy! I finally ordered the Secret Pita, and my friend went for the Neverland Lovers brunch. We also added their homemade Golden Tater Tots to share. For drinks, I ordered the Miami Iced Tea, and my friend got an Iced Vanilla Latte. Our drinks arrived after about 12 minutes, which was fine considering how busy the cafe was, but the food took longer – about 30 minutes – so by the time it arrived, we had almost finished our drinks. My Secret Pita was super delicious – all the ingredients were fresh and perfectly cooked, and I loved all the flavors in it. It even came with a little sweet Nutella banana-strawberry pita on the side, which was such a nice touch. My friend said his Neverland Lovers brunch was also extremely fresh and well cooked. The homemade tater tots were very tasty too, especially with the garlic sauce they came with. Portions were generous and filling, so we didn’t need dessert. My Miami Iced Tea was very flavorful and refreshing; and my friend said his Iced Vanilla Latte was good, but nothing special. We both found the prices at Neverland Coffee Bar reasonable, even though some items are on the higher side. For example, $18 for the Secret Pita and $7 for the Miami Iced Tea – $25 total – felt right for lunch at a unique, modern conceptual cafe in Miami. This place accepts all credit cards and Apple Pay, which is a plus. The only real downside of this business is its location, which is inconvenient unless you’re driving; and if the cafe is busy, finding parking can be a challenge. Without a doubt, I recommend visiting Neverland Coffee Bar! Even if it’s just once, you should check it out for the truly unique, fantastic, and fun experience! And if you have kids, trust me, they’ll love it too. I’m absolutely sure that if this cafe were closer to my home in Midtown Miami, I’d come here a few times a week – even just for the Miami Iced Tea,...
Read moreA couple of days ago, we drove out to Neverland Coffee Bar. As we approached, we thought we were arriving at a mini Disneyland. There were attractively decorated houses and buildings all in a row. At the end was Neverland with a parking lot conveniently beside it! We knew we would be in for a good time.
We requested outdoor seating and found a place by a flowering bush. It was a very hot and humid day but they had large fans blowing with misted water. We were feeling pretty comfortable. You order inside, are given a number and then you go find a table outdoors or indoors.
Our server was Ysick and he was very attentive and friendly. We both ordered the Brunch Croissant as it was still morning. It was delicious. Filled with scrambled eggs and nice thick bacon and avocados. As a side we picked tater tots. They were crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. So good! Along with the breakfast, we ordered the Golden Coffee which had high reviews. After a respectable wait, we decided to order the Nutella Foccacia with strawberries, blueberries and bananas. We each had one slice. To die for!! We took the rest home in a pizza box.
It was so peaceful sitting under the trees with good music and happy people all around us. People were dressed in nice casual clothing as well as more dressy looks. The place is a Wonderland and there is so much to look at. The indoors is a different look than outdoors. Darker and more country style. There is a tall single stack of books that reaches almost to the ceiling in one corner. Everything is clean and orderly.
You can tell a lot of creativity and thought went into the decor. We felt like we were in Europe. We loved the ambiance.
Parking was easy with very few steps to go. It's a dining experience that you won't forget. We can't...
Read moreBeautiful outdoor seating areas and aesthetics. The smoked salmon bagel was delicious. Service was quick and took only 5-6 mins. A young man took my order and was efficient. I asked him what was the cake of the day as I wanted a little dessert after my meal. He said he thinks it’s chocolate, but never checked with anyone. The young girl who was working as the host asked me if I needed anything else and I asked her what is the cake of the day. She came back to tell me that they don’t have one today which I thanked her for checking and not a big deal. She then tells me at the bakery next door which is owned by the same person who owns Neverland, that there is cakes inside. She mentions cheesecake which is not what I want. I go to the bakery to get a slice of cake to be told they just have cheesecakes which is not what I wanted at all. If I owned this business, I’d make sure there is always a cake of the day and if Neverland doesn’t have one, make sure the bakery next door always does because they are a bakery after all. Besides not being able to get cake today, there’s nothing more disappointing than being lied to and mislead about getting some next door. Just don’t lie or mislead your customers especially first time customers like me into thinking you have something I want and then don’t even have it at all and then get my hopes up by telling me the bakery has some. 👎🏽👎🏽
Don’t worry, I’m never coming back and yes, your employee was misleading with info. She could have actually checked to verify what cake options there are as that’s what I wanted, NOT cheesecake. I never wanted cheesecake in the first place which you (owner) and the hostess failed to understand.
I don’t plan on ever coming back. Your employee failed to listen to...
