ZERO stars?they only get the one because Google won't allow me to not click anything)today on June 19th 2025, I came into this establishment at around 1057AM & I experienced the most blatant racist act and I wish they had just denied me service, I would've felt better. I went to get a pedicure there 2 other individuals being serviced and as I waiting the owner (I presume) started soaking my feet as if I were next in line, now mind you no one else was I there besides the 2 people being serviced, there was a white gentleman & a young im gonna say Spanish female, again I was next in line, and then comes an elderly white woman they sat her for a soak & even moved her from one chair to the next for her comfort again cool(I believe in respecting my elders and she was lady), now where my problem came in was there was also a younger white woman and I presume her daughter came in and they were immediately sat, soaked and they started working on them right away. Now no one had an appointment it was first come 1st serve, and they I was 1st in and not served, so I politely got up dried my black feet, and placed them back in crocks & left. As im leaving the lady who I presume is the owner is running behind me saying one minute, one minute, by that time I was good, im only posting because I could be wrong but to me as black person who sat patiently waiting to have a pedicure done and not even really be noticed while they immediated started working on not 1 but 3 white people in front me, I felt some type of way and to have her chase me down kinda pleading made it worse, you know you were wrong in the 1st place and I WILL NEVER be back, because one things for sure I have the choice where I spend my money and it definitely will not be at this nail salon EVER again. I had to ride around for a few minutes to calm down because this is truly the 1st time I couldn't laugh off anything cause the racism was clear and blatant & im not saying they are racist, but that was conditioning if nothing else and I will not support that. Again 3 white people were serviced before 1 black person who sat there patiently while they attended 2 other people and to be chased down and pretty be apologized to for there conditioning of racism wasnt cool. Sorry for long rant but it is what it is and again I WILL NEVER come back to this...

This was my 2nd time here. The 1st time i came in, Cindy did my nails and they were good. This time, Jocelyn was available. Ive had my nails done for 20+ yes and never have i had someone so HORRIBLE. Lets start with i have healthy natural nails with SNS. She used the electric file for every part of my service, my nails were so thinned when she was done. When she cut my skin with the file, she said its bcuz its so cold outside. I had been there 20mins and im from buffalo, ny, never has cold caused a file to cute my skin. She put the sns on, and asked my shape preference, i said square round. She then made them round. When i reiterated square round, she then filed down my whole nail to correct. She was filing so rough, she cut my skin. I asked her not to b so rough, she responded well you are being very particular. I said to her, i am paying for this service, i can be particular but you are cutting my skin. She then insisted that someone else finish my nails. As i was getting up to move, she said sarcastically, welcome to china then smirked. At this time, cindy was available. The sns was so thick on my nails that it had to be soaked off and done again, cindy could not correct her work. In the end, i was still not happy bcuz she had filed off my entire natural nail, so much so that cindy asked if i wanted to add false tips. Jocelyn is the daughter of the owner, i believe, so nepotism has her there. In 20yrs, she is the worst nail tech ive ever experienced in my life. She should never be allowed to work on natural nails and definitely should get some more training. Thee worst ever! The pic of purple nails is before she filed off all my nails. I was going for a while faithfully until Phong pissed me off. I advised her my eyebrow was uneven and she argue that it looks fine . These are my eyebrows and money I wanted thin and they were not. I went back to get a full set because they were too busy last time and for her to fix my eyebrows.. She said wait for me 20 to 30 mins.. I waited 30.. A lady just decided to get her nails done and she came to me 30 plus mins later asking can I come back and by the time she done they will be closed. To myself I’m like hell no that lady should have made all her request known upon entering and begin of service. For Phong to come ask me that stupid ish I said I will not be back. After I was waiting very patiently. It’s a 1,000 plus salons. I’m good, I’m done...
