Palmetto Twist — Attraction in Spartanburg

I visited Palmetto Twist to have a shower curtain monogrammed since they were the only place that had a machine that could do the monogram large enough. I went entered the store and I was greeted immediately. As soon as I explained to Meghan what I wanted she showed her committment to making sure I was happy. I was undecided about the colors I wanted so she offered her opinion based on the swatches I bought in. I trusted her judgment and I was very happy with the finished product. I also told her I wanted to purchase gifts for seven of my friends, she showed me a few options she thought would work in my price range. I left without placing the order that day but she told me to take pictures of what I wanted and give her a call she would be happy to place the order for me by phone. I did just that. I needed the items back quickly and she made sure that happened for me (with time to spare). From the moment I walked in the store, I was beyond pleased with the customer service. Anyone that says this establishment is less than excellent is sadly mistaken. I've gone in on multiple occasions and I'm always greeted by the staff and even the owner. They're all insanely sweet and always go out of their way to help you find what you need. I wanted a lilac hat and they didn't have that color so the owner flipped through a bunch of catalogs and called around trying to find the specific color I wanted. Unfortunately, none of the vendors had the color but she specially ordered a periwinkle one for me and it was there in two days. She didn't charge extra to have the hat sent specifically for me and it was monogrammed in another two days! She's awesome! And my hat is great! I was excited to go to this store since a friend highly recommended it. Boy, was I disappointed. I walked in the store and no one greeted me. I spent about 10 minutes perusing the store and saw at least 5 employees. Not one of them asked me if I needed any help or even said a word to me. Meanwhile, other people came in and were greeted. I guess they were locals/regulars.

I am irritated because I went out of my way to go to this place only to find no customer service. I am disappointed because the items were cute and affordable, however, I will not give my money to a business with such poor customer service. You guys are not the only monogram store in...
