The area is very beautiful & well maintained. That said, I was visiting family & happened to need a handicapped parking spot. As I slowly drove I came upon one by the pool area. It had no signs stating it was for pool use only. After parking, a security woman told me I had to park by the “overflow” area, which, by the way, also has no signs indicating where that is. I was very annoyed to say the least! She watched & directed me to a spot further away. This is WHY I don’t care for places that have HOA’s but that’s my choice. If they are going to have specific parking rules they should...

Absolutely loved this place. Comfortable, spacious, beautiful large pool which we walked to, had everything you needed. Washer and dryer conveniently located. Loved the Florida room which we used to have coffee every morning. I worked during the week on zoom and had total quiet. I can't wait to stay there...
