If I could give less stars I would. My husband and I planned to see the movie Deadpool opening weekend, we have been planning this trip for weeks. We have a 3 month old son that we planned to bring with us, just like we did for starwars. I nurse him in the previews and he sleeps the entire movie. Well, they let us purchase tickets and stand in line, we go in the theater and of course,the baby pees, I took him to change him and when I come back she says no children. Umm.. I was already let in, he was already asleep. .. why not? He's 3 months old. She rudely tells me no children under 7 and he doesn't need to see it, I calmly explained that he slept through starwars and he is already asleep and it's not like he's watching the movie, he doesn't understand, he can't repeat it. .. he's a tiny baby. She said go see the manager for a refund. .. ouch. So I did. I stayed calm even though I was getting very upset being treated like I'm a horrible mother for taking my baby to see deadpool... she told me the same thing. And added, he won't be able to sleep through that anyway and asked for my ticket so she could refund me. Telling me once again, he's too young, and doesn't need to see a movie like that and all kinds of things. I will never return to this theater because of the way I was treated. I could have been told before I stood in line for over an hour,paid for my tickets and entered the theater. I was treated like trash and talked down to. Horrible management. And I never write bad reviews...

   Read moreThe theater itself is fine, seats could use some maintenance, but screen, projector and sound all good in the theaters I've been in. The staff on the other hand is just abysmal. You don't really need a lot of attention or effort from a movie theater staff and these folks somehow manage to miss that already low bar by 100 miles. At the concession stand the counter person just blinked at me after I made my order, didn't say a price, didn't ask if we wanted anything else, just blinked. When I asked the price they just pointed, as if actual words were forbidden, like handing money directly to a black jack dealer. We get our $40 worth of stuff (2 movie tickets and a large Sprite) and head to the theaters, except our ticket says theater 9 and these theaters end at 8. We turn around and I see (what I think) is a theater worker (theater company shirt, hat and pushing a wastebasket contraption) but obviously not an employee because when I asked him where theater 9 was he said "on the other side, obviously" and no way would an employee of a theater that just charged me almost $40 for 2 tickets and a soda talk to a customer like that. So I had to shave off points for the wandering insane person impersonating a regal theaters worker. Will I go back? Well, yeah, it's not like I'm going to drive 45 minutes to see whatever Hollywood is passing for movies these days. But maybe, just replace the people with robots or something and knock a couple bucks...
