I had thought about getting my eyebrows done for a while but was hesitant on the process and healing of getting one done. I came across Haruka's IG and fell in love with her work on doing nano brows that I decided to book with her instantly.

Haruka was very professional, as she took the time to explain what nano brows are and that they lasted only a year. She suggested to get ombré powder brows since they last longer, but I still opted for the more natural look that nano brows give. I was initially nervous with how my eyebrows mapped out but Haruka assured me that she followed my facial structure and I trusted her process and I'm so glad I did! I was so amazed with the results and love how natural my eyebrows look.

After the procedure was done, Haruka explained the after care treatment to ensure my eyebrows retained the color and provided a kit. She also mentioned that she's always available to reach out to if I have any concerns or questions about how to maintain my eyebrows. She even checked in to see how my eyebrows are doing a couple of days after my procedure.

I’m so happy that I accidentally came across Haruka’s IG (Renew.Ink) and after checking her posts on IG I decided to contact her and asked if she could do the ombre powder on my eyebrows which have been previously tattooed (both microblading) in approximately 8-9 yrs (1st one) and 4 years (2nd one). I sent her the picture of my eyebrows and she said she could do it. During the visit, she explained what could and couldn’t be done to my eyebrows and if I were OK with it. She is very patient and professional and made sure I’m comfortable. She mapped my eyebrows using the floss which actually corrected my previous shape which was unevent (Thanks Haruka!).
