UPDATE After seeing my review, one of the managing partners immediately reached out to apologize for my experience. They offered to re-do my nails free of charge. I accepted since my nails were just falling apart at this point and looked horrible. I was scheduled with Jolie and had the complete opposite experience. She was so personable and kind. She also kept apologizing but I wanted to just move forward at this point. My nails looked amazing when she was done and they have lasted 2 weeks and counting! They still look great with no cracks or anything. Such a big difference in the quality from the first time. Thanks again Jolie!! I initially scheduled my appointment with Paula and was then told when I checked in by Paula that she couldn’t do it because she was watching the front desk. That was completely fine, no big deal since it was my first time. I was given to Alice. Everything was fine until a little halfway through my appointment a customer came in and was seated next to me. Paula told the customer that Alice would be right with her when she was done with me. Well the customer was waiting for some time and Paula would come over to reassure her Alice was almost done. Alice also kept apologizing for the wait while Paula kept coming over to Alice to maybe rush her. It was SO uncomfortable for me sitting right there while they kept apologizing to the other customer. It felt like I myself as a customer didn’t matter and the other customer was more important. It was very awkward. Alice tried to rush through to keep the other customer from waiting and actually ended up having Paula and another tech finish. At the end my nails looked great so I did not say anything and just planned not to be back. However, just 3 days later I noticed my nails had already cracked in a few places and I was actually trying to be careful that they wouldn’t crack since I was going on a work trip and then vacation. Only been here twice, first time was amazing. Loved the service and staff. So i had decided to make them my permanent spot, but the second time i called on the phone and said wanted the highest spa pedi package for 2 (like i had received the previous time). They told me to come in but once i got there (after a 35minute drive) i was told that this specific service was not an option due to lack of time and I didn’t want to give them a hard time but I was pretty disappointed. The gentleman at the desk was very kind and professional and even offered to give me a discount if I was to go back tomorrow! But I had to explain that due to my extremely tight schedule I wouldn’t be able to and thanked them! If I wouldn’t have called ahead of time to ask and would have just walked in for the service I wouldn’t be as disappointed! Because not only I had to drive 35 min, I also had to arrange for a nanny last minute-hence the 2 star review! Because, I loved the service and staff the time before and the fact that the management was very respectful, I couldn’t bring myself to give them 1 star, as disappointed as I was during this visit!

I had the pleasure of visiting Savoir Nail Boutique, which is new in town, and I am absolutely thrilled with the experience. The salon exudes modernity, cleanliness and chic vibes from the moment you step in. The attention to detail is evident in every corner of the space and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. Again, the cleanliness is impeccable which shows that hygiene is a top priority at this salon.

I must also commend the nail technicians as they are not only skilled, but also, incredibly friendly and attentive. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. The SNS manicure I received was flawless and have received endless compliments on the perfect shape and color of my nails (Jolie has the knowledge and ability to pick the perfect color).

Jolie and Paula have worked so hard to put this 5-star establishment together and they have certainly earned their stellar reputation. They are able to offer many services that cater to various styles and preferences which makes for a delightful pampering session. I can't wait for...
