I’m a few weeks behind but I had to share my glowing review.
Tl;dr I found exactly what I needed in record time—in and out in 10 minutes. I have a deep special appreciation for people who understand hospitality, which also means being aware of needs on the peripheral vision. The team on the floor is exemplary of that. wow, so grateful for the staff member who offered the color match even though the store was bustling.
I plan to go here for all my needs. I converted from a competitor beauty store to Sephora BECAUSE of this specific store. And I’ve been to them all around the world, I am so impressed this store is so close to home.
I was in an absolute rush to get to my toddler so I was hoping for a quick experience, and somehow the staff exceeded my expectations. I honestly commend the amazing staff, two reps in particular and Supergoop event rep that helped me out.
I went on a reasonably busy day. As I walked in, one rep (coral-streak colored hair) was walking past, greeted me and I had a specific Kosas item. She walked me right to it and found exactly what I was looking for. She mentioned Supergoop happened to be in store and I asked about something I was looking for — tinted sunscreen. She pointed me in the direction I needed.
I’m extremely decisive when I know what I need, but I’m also pretty shy and as I peered through the tints, a very tall rep saw I needed help with a color match. She was amazing and had a great eye to find my undertone, and recommended a nice
She even commented to the Supergoop rep that I was purchasing two items so she spoke to me while I was waiting in line. Now I totally remember I had an event the next day which was why I was in a rush so I have to admit I really appreciated the white glove service.

Read moreDon't get help from Jay. He was 100% rude. He failed to comprehend and understand my pick up order situation that I've already been handling with a nice associate anyway and he just came and hijacking my transaction trying to "explain" to me the situation when he was in the wrong. Pick ups should not even take more than 5 minutes. He tried to have my bar code scanned again and now my product shows. He was telling me I showed the wrong barcode with a cancelled order the first time when that was NOT the case! I would not even get a pick up bar code for a cancelled order! They just failed to comprehend the entire situation and made me wait for an online pick up order. On top of that he was being rude and condescending the entire time. I said you don't need to be rude and he said he was not, he was just straightforward when he 100% was. He failed to do his job properly, failed to apologize for it and when called out for being rude he doubled down on it. What an anxiety inducing situation! It's like that associate was NOT trained at all. Please don't have associates who lack social skills face customers! What a way to ruin people's day and cause so much anxiety. I throw $$$$$ in Sephora every year to experience a situation like this...
