I will never come to this store anymore. At 9 am, they are trying to let none of their customers to use those big carts. I tried to ask why I can’t use those. The staff just pretended he doesn’t speak and laughing. Only two cashiers are working with two long lines. Similar situation happened last week before Chinese New Year. Only two cashier were working to help customer check out but tons of line waiting to pay for their groceries and leave, turns out some of us wait in wrong lines which will never have a cashier open a counter for us. Another time I tried to get some throat meds from their meds counter, and they didn’t put on a sign saying I needed to reach to a cashier to get it and they only told me after I stood there for 15 minutes. Honestly, weee! is a better choice.

This place was awesome. I am taking my wife here and probably would be a bad idea but would be a good $400 food bill. Lol she loves these places.

This Chinese-owned supermarket is located in a strip mall that looks and feels like Chinatown. It's essentially a Chinese market, catering mostly to Chinese consumers. There's a distinct foul smell inside this market. The store looks messy and disorganized, especially the produce section. They don't seem to care much about sanitation and cleanliness. For example, the scale buckets are very filthy (see picture). Not sure if the health department in Sacramento actually ever visited this store. The prices here are generally about average, not much of a bargain. Some cashiers do not speak English (or don't want to).

One of the standout features of SF Supermarket is its extensive selection of products, particularly for those seeking Asian groceries. From fresh produce to pantry staples, the store offers a wide range of options. The variety of imported goods and specialty items is impressive, catering to the diverse needs of the community. However, it is worth noting that the selection of non-Asian products is relatively limited, which may not fully meet the preferences of all shoppers.

Pricing and Value:SF Supermarket generally offers competitive prices, especially for their Asian products. The store frequently runs promotions and discounts, allowing customers to save money on their purchases. However, it is important to be mindful of the quality of certain products, as some may be priced lower due to nearing expiration dates or being close to their sell-by dates. Additionally, the pricing of non-Asian products can be slightly higher compared to other mainstream grocery stores.

Customer Service:The level of customer service at SF Supermarket can be inconsistent. While some staff members are friendly and helpful, others may appear disinterested or unapproachable. It would be beneficial for the store to focus on training their employees to ensure consistent and attentive service to all customers. Additionally, the checkout process can be slow during peak hours, leading to longer wait times.

SF Supermarket offers a diverse selection of Asian groceries and provides competitive pricing, making it a convenient option for those seeking specialty items. While the store could improve in terms of consistent customer service and maintaining cleanliness during peak hours, it still offers a satisfactory shopping experience overall. If you are in search of Asian groceries and are willing to navigate through occasional organizational challenges, SF Supermarket may be...

Last year, my wife and I went to SF market on 65th street, at the corner of Stockton Blvd., and we bought a 50 lb. bag of rice (Thai-3-co-gai brand), however, price was so cheap, and we figured out that 50 lb.-bag of rice was stocked in SF market for a long time, rice bugs were crawling around when we soaked in water before cooking. At first, we didn't throw it away, and instead of washing it with water to eliminate bugs. Rice bags had been stored for a long time which created rice bugs. Now, on 07/12/2024, in the afternoon, my wife and I went to SF market, the one on 65th street to buy something, at the check out stand, the Male Cashier had intentionally created more items than we expected to purchase. For example: 2 bags of already bagged bean sprouts, He scanned 2 bags and left 1 bag unscanned, then he scanned 1 more bag=total 3 bags (we had only 2 bags). Another thing, 2 bags of yellow dried noodles which were different prices (1 was $3.29, and one was $3.19), however, this male Cashier scanned 2 bags $3.29, and Asian Lychee=$3...... to Longan ($7.00000). We did catch it, and male Cashier redirected the correct price. This is scam toward customers. Prices were better than the other supermarket, but beware of price scam. Cheating of. We saved at least $10.00 over the SF...

This place seems so out of place for many of us people who are not Asian. My 1st time here with friends to get something authentic Asian. This place was busy with lots of people of all ethnicities.. very unfriendly staff.. no one smile or makes you feel welcome here at all including the cashier.. she smiled and spoke in her native language to another person but no expression to us. Very stern look like we are not wanted in the store.. kind of message you get when you invade someone house..I won't come back here ever bit for people who frequent the place maybe they are ok with going to a unwelcoming place and unfriendly people..not me. I'll give my business to someone else who genuinely cares about customers and wants me to be there..maybe the management needs to work on their employees customer skills so people don't feel like it's an alien territory.. one word to the management.. teach your staff members to make customers feel comfortable and welcome like other Americans stores do..this is America not your native land..you want to do business here do it the American..make people feel comfortable..I'll never shop here..but for those may want to go thee cautious..go at your own risk as you are not going to feel...
