I received a Jersey for my birthday at the end of August. The letters and numbers had not been placed on yet. Went down and had them put them on. When I received the Jersey back, they explained how not to wash the Jersey in the washer, and to hand wash if there were any stains, etc. After receiving the Jersey back, I noticed some fraying of the numbers on the back, as well as it hadn't been pressed all the way. I wore the jersey to 2 hockey games before it was taken back, to try to resolve the issue. They were incredibly rude and hostile regarding the Jersey. I completely understand that people, especially customers are shady, but also, I know how to deal with customers. Reluctantly by them, I got a New Jersey ordered. After about 2 weeks, received a call that the Jersey was ready. Upon going down there, it was the wrong size. Neither the female or older male employee (whom had dealt with it when it was returned, and accused me of washing the Jersey, and not handling it properly) apologized for any inconvenience regarding this, but said they'd get a new one ordered. Finally, last night the Jersey was ready. After them bringing it out, I noticed there was a small wrinkle on one of the numbers on the back. The gentleman there promptly restarted the press and had it resolved, with no issue, and I could easily say that it's nearly perfect. I'd like to commend Paul and Evan for saving my views of this store, they were friendly and handled issues accordingly. More importantly, they APOLOGIZED for all the inconveniences that had occurred, which no one else had previously done. This store was chosen, because local business, and all that, but the horrible customer service initially received, was what made it so I never want to shop here ever again. Evan and Paul are the only reason that I did not put one star.

Sure enough, they had it in stock. Asked for price and was told they were $12.95 each minus 20%! I ran there within the next 10 minutes since I work across the street from DT Summerlin. When the guy at the counter rang me up, the price was $16.95 minus 20%. when I asked why were they $16.95 and not $12.95 like i was told 15 minutes prior over the phone, he said they raised the prices cause they had to over night it! Excuse me...but how is that my problem! and when i gave him the look and told him what i was told over the phone, he had no problem giving me a smart remark and telling me i can go check down the street at the Toy Box to see if they had them! I still bought them since i really wanted them...but it's totally not cool to do that...
Read moreI got amazing service today from Andrew. He went above and beyond outstanding customer service. I was looking for a golden Knights jersey for my daughter. He helped me out after ordering it.i had to call to get the correct address updated. He called back because he saw a discrepancy in the order. It said they had no extra smalls, but he knew that they had some so he called me back to make sure that I ordered the proper size and it wasn't a mistake. Swapped out the sizes to get the correct one and he was just nice and friendly. You don't get that much these days from most establishments. give this guy a raise or if he's the manager make more of him he's a keeper...
