I have never been more humiliated in my lifeš¤¬I came in to get and outfit for a performance on 7/05/25 and unfortunately all I could find were some shoes that I thought would go with my outfit. I got home tried the shoes on and it didnāt work, so I decided to return the shoes. I never return things, but Iām being more careful with my spending and I knew I would never wear the shoes. So I returned the shoes today after standing in a super long line, I waited patiently until my turn. I got to the counter and the young lady seemed friendly, she asked why I was returning them and I explained that it didnāt work with my outfit. She then began to scan my receipt and the shoes , so I took my credit card out thinking that they would need it for the return. She looked confused after scanning everything and told me that the shoes i was returning and the receipt didnāt match. She said she would be back and to give her a minute. I wasnāt concerned because I just figured they had the wrong info on their end and that they needed some time to figure it out. She returned after about 7 minutes with another lady and told me they reviewed the camera and that the shoes I purchased wasnāt the shoes I was returning and if I brought back the correct shoes they could do the return. I asked her what other shoes? There are no other shoes, these are the shoes I bought. Note: she said they saw me purchase another pair of shoes on the camera; ok so she stepped away again and came back with another lady and she took a look and scanned the items and told me the same thing. That the shoes and the receipt didnāt match and that they wouldnāt be able to do the transaction. I explained to her this is insane, you can see I purchased the shoes, I have the receipt. I knew what they were saying was impossible. This doesnāt make sense. I was standing at the counter embarrassed that they were trying to imply I was scamming. So I told her to go look at the camera again as I was in the store for hours trying on clothes and shopping, there is no way you saw me buy any other pair of shoes. They both walked away and after another 7-10 minutes they came back apologizing that it was their error and they can see I bought the shoes I was returning. No duh!!!!š the customer service is trash. šļø There is no way I should have been treated like that. Iām not even gonna drop the race card but Iām curious if I was anything other than what I am if things would have gone differently. Iām so disappointed in this store and how they handled me today. You couldnāt pay my to ever return here again. I have never been so humiliated in all my life. Whoever reviewed the camera the first time is either blind as a bat or completely incompetent. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThought I found myself a new favorite store to buy clothes at but I was wrongš© I was very unimpressed on how trashed the store is, clothes all over the floor, thrown over racks, stuffed on racks so tight you canāt look through it, very sad considering the brand, you expect better. Even worse through all the hunting I had to do finding clothes, I found a dress I liked, my style, perfect fit, the only thing was it had a hole in the shoulder seam which I would have to take to get fixed. I did a double take at the racks just to make sure there wasnāt another one without holes but no luck. I addressed this to the cashier who told me they wonāt discount it, even though it was the last one (he scanned the barcode and checked) because they are already a discount store, he said I could buy it at full price or he would just damage it out. Which didnāt make sense because wouldnāt your store still make money selling it for a little less (for good reason, giant hole!) then to not sell it at all and damage it out? I know it is a discount store, so is Ross, TJ MAXX and so on, but even those stores make accommodations in situations like this! So yeah, they sold me a holey dress for full price, I guess thatās what you should expect from the Nordstrom brand. Needless to say that will be my last purchase, they clearly donāt care much about...

I was looking for a very specific shoe I needed for a wedding and I could only find it in all black in the menās section. I did notice the womanās second had similar so I moved my search over there but with no luck. Just as I was about to give up, Xochitl approached me and asked if I needed any assistance. I showed her the all black menās version and she looks up the system and could see a womenās white one was available but we could not find it. I went back to my fiancĆ© in the clothing section and 10mins later Xochitl comes walking up to us with the white shoe and it was exactly what I was looking for. Such a bright young lady with a huge heart. Your company is so lucky to have such a great employee that truly cares about your clientele and goes the extra mile to show just that.
