Short summary: This store's customer service is awful and made us feel incredibly undervalued. Our sales person was unprofessional and blatantly rude for no reason. I've spent about $500 at Pandora just within this month for myself and others--I am not at all impressed or even satisfied with my experience at this Downtown Summerlin store. I don't recommend this business.
My friend and I have Pandora jewelry and wanted to shop for more rings together. We went to this location to get our rings cleaned (a service that Pandora advertises and entices people to use if they need to and ever come by a store). We also wanted to try on more rings to let our partners know what styles we want them to buy for us for Christmas (we went on 12/17). After waiting about 10 mins to have a service rep become available, we were called by Nikole. She began at a low note and only went further and further below customer service standards.
First, she barely welcomed us and literally began with "I'm hungry" after my friend asked, "How are you tonight?" Then ignored us for a long while as she cleaned up from her last customers. After getting going with viewing rings, we asked if we could have our Pandora rings cleaned (we had 5 rings total between the two of us). She ignored the request to clean rings. I asked a question about the size of the "stones" and she replied, annoyed, "Pandora cuts their own crystals, we don't have stones." Didn't even answer my question. Sorry I don't know Pandora's history front-to-back? At this point, it was as if we were profiled as just trying rings on and not buying anything. Like she was "wasting her time" (she literally says this at the end of my story, so hold on).
Anyway, there are 3 more examples of the unhelpful and uncalled for attitude but I donât want this review excessively longâwhich included terse one-word answers to questions, not explaining sizes, saying we can look at the online catalog instead. Yes, we can look online but trying stuff on in-store is so important for the decision to purchase a piece of jewelry. But those examples of treatment werenât even the worst part. At the end of trying on a few rings and not liking how we were treated, we just asked again to please get our rings cleaned. She then ignores us, looks to another group and says, âNext in line.â How awful. We say excuse me and ask for a third time to simply clean our rings. This is where she goes from bad service to blatantly unprofessional. She glares toward the people (two parties at most) behind us and said "There's a line, you're wasting my time. I guess I'll just throw them in." Then huffs and goes into the back room. At this point, we just leave.
My friend managed retail, so she understands the busy season and that times get stressful, but you just can't maliciously degrade customers. Especially since we were paying customers that literally had 5 rings altogether on our fingers as proof that we supported Pandora--not that it should have mattered. This Pandora worker showed terrible service and absolute unprofessionalism. We were appalled at the treatment. Please do better in hiring qualified representatives. And don't make customers feel bad for using the services...
Read moreI planned my shopping trip around the time stores closed. The big sign Pandora had outside, which is the 1st thing I saw when I was looking for the time they closed shows 8pm. I was shopping on Wednesday. Went On my merry way, came back to the store at 7:05pm, They had moved a large sign indoors and locked their doors. I noticed the smalle sign was contradicting the large sign that they had out for the whole public to see and read. It been a very long time since I have been able to make a trip into Pandora. Usually I do try to avoid this location. Before the pandemic when I would shop here The employees that I would get to assist me just didn't seem to be very educated with the inventory. If my purchase was only going to be one charm or something small immediately they seemed like I wasn't worth their time. Maybe it has changed I am sure there's a lot of different employees now. Especially since a lot of people aren't able to be in the store at the same time may be they are giving more attention to their customers. I hope that the signs get brought to management's attention so that other people don't end up thinking they have time to shop while the other stores close it 7 in Pandora stays open until 8 only to find out they were misled like I was. Very close to the door there stood to employees had one of them come to the door to say anything I would have gladly brought it up to them instead they looked up at me and just smiled when I try to open the door to find out...
Read moreWe called Pandora over a product we bought for my wife. Flat woven gold bracelet with a single snap on bauble. Bauble falls off unprovoked at very inconvenient times. We have been fortunate to find that little $100 item. Have now had it gold soldered together to keep it from falling off. Bracelet also had a wire of its weaving come out or break to the point of catching on my wife's clothing. These items were purchased at Christmas of 2020 and have been worn since. For $300 we expected a great deal better. It would be insulting to Wal Mart to call this Wal Mart quality. Pretty but very disappointing quality and worse, Pandora is not near us so our local Jeweler is doing what Pandora should have done. I can not speak to their repair policy since I did not give them the chance. Given the initial quality,...
