I met JD appx 5 yrs ago when I was looking for an investment property in Henderson on a visit from WA. He was early, prepared with the facts and did not rush me. He made a great impression on me with his personality and humor as well. I value his beliefs and he stayed in touch throughout the years. Recently, I moved to Henderson and let him know I would be looking for a property to call home. When we met up, he was the same knowledgeable, experienced, friendly gentleman as he was 5 yrs prior. We looked at several homes and put in a couple of offers, until I found the perfect one for my needs. He ALWAYS made me feel like I was his only client. Even as he was away on a family vacation he ensured I was given the same excellent service by a fellow colleague. I cannot say enough good things about JD and will close with this. We've picked up IS group thinking and hoping on their experience and expertise, however they did not deliver. Our agent Brian Nugent showed our house only a few times, most of the time it was his assistant, whom sent potential clients to have lunch because house wasn't ready to be shown? Jessie was never on time, ie if the showing was set at 3 pm, she would be cleared by the guards at 2:58. How could you prepare a house for showing in 2 min? When we came to check the property ( we live outside NV now) it was incredibly dirty, uncared for and very neglected. To top it off-- the property had a major water leak ( due to negligence, as no one checked on the house) that costs about 30K to fix and we had to put our house off the sale market. Summary-- over a year later with listing with them we don't have a single offer, reduced 1million off the original sale price, have a major renovations/expenses. I can’t say enough good things about Courtney. Her experience is unmatched and her negotiation skills are truly next level. Honestly, I was a little nervous at first because she is known for her work in luxury real estate, and I didn’t realize until we met that she works for one of the most prestigious brokerages in Las Vegas.
