St Thomas Square MOA — Attraction in Panama City Beach

The lack of communication is horrible. I don't think anyone really knows anything. The actual host are based out of Oregon. We needed to check in early( tried calling someone for three days prior to the trip no one called me back or text until 9;34 the night of) but couldn't and given some run around as to why not. The room was vacant and in occupied. Wanted to charge me for the day prior just so I could check in in early. 179$. We had three kids and 22 hours of travel time. We ended sleeping in our car at the pier. Once finally in the room at 12 pm. We found our car tags had been dated for the night before and we could have just went on to the rooom. The room was very cute and cozy and nicely set up. Gated community as well. However never meet an on site person. The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. Mirrors were still dirty. Stuff on counter tops. Looked like milk splatter on the light switches and def hasn't been swept. I also found a frisby with spiderwebs under the bedside table. For what we paid it was worth it. Did I clean up our room before we left I did I swept and did my best to make it easier on the cleaning company they have. Would I stay again yes but not with kids and not if we're moving a student to college and needed...

We enjoyed that it was quiet and peaceful. The room was an amazing value and exactly the kind of space we were looking for. Perfect for a couple looking for a place that's nice and quiet. We had issues with the keypad on the door. It took us calling several times and about an hour of trying before we talked to the right person who told us how to do it properly. Once inside the unit, everything went well until we found a roach in the tub. We never heard back on what was done about that other than being asked if there was bug spray in the until. We always strip the bed to help out the cleaning crew before we leave, and what we found was disgusting. The pillows had brown and burnt orange stains all over them. Thank goodness we always bring our own head pillows and new pillowcases. I was shocked and couldn't believe the pillows hadn't been replaced since they were stained and seen by the cleaning crew. We also bring Odoban(an air and fabric disinfectant) and luckily sprayed it all over the bedding before we used it. And I noticed before we left that the fire detector was hanging from the...

The pictures online are not at all what this place looks like when you get there. The ceiling was falling in as you walked in the door. The instructions that there is no where to check in was not made clear, when we got there we had to call to find out and they did not know either. It was a little sketch. People doing crack in the parking lot and we woke up to Wendy's construction every morning. The ceiling was failing off, the cabinets in the kitchen were falling off, the walls were all torn up, the blinds fell off when you opened them, the dresser drawers and bed were both broken, the bathroom tub floor was gross, the toilet would not flush and constantly ran, the sliding glass doors looked like they had never been cleaned and the screens fell off, there's only 2 rolls of toilet paper, no cooking sheets to cook with, and the list goes on.
