Hellen messed up my nails on my feet. She cut both of my big toe nails all the way down, they were slanted in a downward slop, did a horrible job on the painting of my nails, and kept cutting me with the cuticle scraper. I made her aware that the toenails that she cut down were slanted into even them out, she did not see nothing wrong with what she did, she asked another worker to translate what I was saying to her and he did. But even after he told her what the problem was and that I needed her to file it to make it straighter she still did not do it right. I really don't understand why they have an 80 something year old Asian woman during pedicures in the nail salon 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️. Two other workers asked if I like my pedicured nails and I told them no and let them know what the problem was, but I was still charged the full price for it and no apology. Horrible first time experience here. Sad to say but I will not...
Read moreI got my nails done a few weeks ago and it was my first time coming here. The minute I walked in and saw the nail tech I was getting I could immediately tell she didn't want to be there. I had Fiona and throughout me getting my nails done she seemed annoyed and was kind of rude when I asked her to fix the design. She got short with me and was like I will be going over it multiple times, how am I supposed to know that? The quality of my nails is also pretty bad; they were crooked, they weren't put on secure enough as I've had three nails come off already, and the paint even though it is gel came off quicker than expected. The place was also not that clean. I chose this place because it had good reviews and looked like they could do intricate designs at a reasonable price compared to other nail salons in the area, but I don't recommend coming here, at least...
Read moreMy first experience at this salon started off a bit weak, as I hardly ever get my nails done, and I didn't know what to ask for (normally will just get a cleanup manicure with no polish). That, along with a language barrier, made it difficult at first. Deymis did my nails (acrylic, I think?? Some sort of wet powder in a mold) and they turned out wonderfully. Vivian finished with the French tip. The young man working there was very helpful trying to translate what I wanted in my head, since I wanted 'fake' nails but for them to look as natural as possible.
After 2.5 weeks, my nails still look great, except for one that has lifted. Now I know to have my translator open (for Deymis, as she only speaks Spanish). Also, I feel terrible I forgot to leave a tip, so I will leave...
