So today I went to tjmaxx to get some household items. When I got to the register one of the associates saw 2 tags on an item I was purchasing that was done with the gun. One for 39.99 and one for 59.99 she proceeds to tell me that she’s not selling me the item for the lower price. Ask to speak to a manager she quickly removes the 39.99 price and call a co-worker to back up her story as if they’re not false advertising. So I ask her does she think I walk around with a device that does tags and put my own tags on it. She refuses to admit that one the these useless employees made a mistake. She never apologize not once. I was not about to make a scene with her at the store so I decided to leave the store. Later on called to talk to a manager he’s name is Ernie. He gave me same bull. As if these people are leaving under a rock. I know exactly why she did what she did. If I was white that situation would have been resolved. But I gonna contact corporate instead. I just wish some people would educate themselves before they get a job that deals with customer service. Very disappointed they will no longer see my face in...

Either way, it doesn't look like a total wreck. I'll add one star today. Please don't forget the dressing rooms...that's where clothes actually become sales.
Good store. It could use a facelift...paint, the flooring, and fixtures could use a good cleaning. The dressing rooms are always cluttered with tags, stray hairs, and just not clean. The walls are all scuffed up and I'm pretty sure the doors haven't had a good wiping in a long time. The lighting is bad. No one looks good in those outdated fluorescent bulbs. However, the clothes were straight and easy to flip through. Shelved toiletries were fairly easy to look through. The purse section was a bit of a train wreck. The merchandise is a bit more diverse than Titusville Marshall's, but not enough for the drive. It's better...
Read moreAlways love shopping here. It is my favorite place ever! I love that they have different items, other than at other stores. Their jewelry is always really cool! I get in trouble everytime I come to this store. I even have the T.J. Maxx credit card. If you shop at this store, you should get the credit card. It is definitely worth it, because everytime you spend an certain amount you can earn a $10.00 credit for your next shopping trip. It's like free money, for spending money. Why would you not want to earn free money, if you are going to be shopping there and spending money anyways. Just pay off the bill each time if you can, and you won't have to worry about any interest. Then you can just collect your free $10.00. Just keep in mind to keep an eye out when you receive your bill, because they attach it to the last page where it isn't noticeable. So make sure not to...
