Ari The Massage Therapist fell asleep while doing my massage of 90 minutes that I paid for and tipped

Then I decided to give her another chance after going to her for many years. Next time she did it again - Fell asleep while massaging me.

Third time I gave another chance and she finished my session 5 min before time . My time and money is valuable. Although I kept tipping her while she was falling asleep on me during my massage time - The third time when she finished my massage before the 90 minutes were over - I left a smaller tip.

She got mad and said she’s not comfortable with working on me anymore cause I tipped her less the last time . I see it beyond disrespectful after coming to this place for 8 years , being loyal and tipping this is VERY RUDE. and I’m completely shocked.

For the management - Make sure to hire more Massage Therapist so they are not gonna be too tired and fall asleep on clients. this is not a cheap massage place - Every time I come, it’s $150 , And having a Massage Therapist falling asleep during my session is unacceptable.

I didn’t say anything because I felt bad for her . But when my massage ends before time - This is a completely disrespect. I would never...

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED MY MASSAGE. I went here for the first time due to the rave reviews I read. I have been suffering from severe neuropathy in my hands for weeks and nothing has helped. Being a nurse, I don't take the time to take care of myself because I am too busy taking care of others. I am someone who ignores the pain and continue moving. Well let me tell you, I booked a last minute 90 minute combination massage hoping it would release whatever was trapping a nerve. I was taken back almost instantly. When my masseuse BOBBY came in she asked what was my major problem issues were and I told her. From the moment she touched me, she communicated with me as to whether the pressure was ok, she addresses my major problems without skimping on my whole body. I received the best massage of my life. Today, the day after my massage,, I have had no pain in any of my problem areas. I am truly impressed and thankful. I will most definitely be returning regularly. I HIGHLY recommend this place. Wow, simply the best massage I've ever had in my life! I had the pleasure of getting KIM as my therapist and she did not hold back. I asked for hard massage and she really put in an amazing work. It's easy to tell she knows body very well. Pretty much all of my body parts were cracking. Starting from my knuckles to my wrists and my spine. It felt heavenly. Turns out that if you ask for hard massage they will walk on you. Two of my brothers asked for medium and weren't walked on. But I think that was one of the best parts of the massage. It's a lot of pressure but it pained so good! In the end, she climbed on top of the table and stretched out my legs while breaking up the knots in my buttocks with her elbow. I feel brand new today.
