Yes, I was not a client of any agent at Luxury Estates International, but I purchased a property recently which was listed by your company, the listing agent is Dylan Acosta who is your company’s agent.

During the transaction, your agent repeatedly lied that the things that needed to be repaired in the house had been repaired, but when we went there to check, they had not been repaired at all. I will not go into details. The most annoying thing was that after the transaction was just completed, I found that the seller did not give us the keys of the mailbox. I immediately contacted Dylan, but Dylan not only did not give us keys, but blocked my phone number. I had no choice but to complain to NRED. NRED asked me to contact his broker first. You did reach out me, but it was mainly to apologize, no one offered real support and assistance. It has been a month since transaction was completed, and I am still struggling for the mailbox key. I went to the post office to order a new key, and it took two months to get it, now I have to go to the post office once a week to pick up the mails. Some packages were lost during this process. Another thing you don’t know is I found out recently that Dylan didn't tell us the code for the garage door. I sent an email to Dylan, and he didn't reply, after two days I sent it again, and still no reply. This is your service. These are what you should have provided to us as listing agents, and you just ignored us when we asked for this information that you could easily give us. Even if you cannot reach out the seller or for some other reason, you should still reply to us instead of blocking our number or ignoring...
