Bourbon Street Sports Bar — Restaurant in Nevada

Went to shoot pool however the 2 ladies that were on shift for the night had the table, as well as the basketball games out of order to prevent managing inventory. We stayed to at least eat and play a few other games but the food was undercooked and the environment wasn't what we were seeking for the night. The staff was too busy walking around smoking cigarettes and "entertaining" the men in the establishment that not once did either speak to the actual paying customers patronizing the business opposed to the regulars who come to sit around and flirt with the staff. They greeted 'other' guests as they entered and thanked 'other' guests for coming as they left. Absolutely nothing for myself and my company. The NBA games weren't playing on any of the TVs (which is why we went: to shoot pool and watch the games). Ordered regular fries, curly fries, Cajun wings and tenders with 2 drinks. Attempted to play a shooting game however the machine wasn't accepting the tokens (no assistance from the employees to correct). What a disappointment this place is. The bartender his name was Alex was rude from the start. Insisted I give him my ID before I had even sat down. Since I have never been to this place I had no idea they had “policies” which is fine but instead of demanding and then telling me to give him my ID and has to do what he says, he could have just explained the policy. Then when I handed my ID, he takes it away like to the other part of the bar no, no where are you going with that? I haven’t even ordered anything. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD TIME DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!The SERVICE HERE is the WORST! The older women that work here will cut you off after two drinks right after scolding you with their eyes and ignoring you for what feels like forever and only showing care to the older men who I assume are their close friends. They charged me for an alcoholic drink with clearly no alcohol. You can tell they are incredibly lazy and incompetent with all the machines being “out of order”. It’s so disappointing because I’ve brought 10-11 different friends here hoping for a better time each time but it’s always the same blonde old lady and her miserable face and service.
