Taco Bell — Restaurant in Nevada

I went through the drive thru around 6pm. I ordered my food, and after my order was complete I was told to pull up. The man who was helping me was very friendly. Then this is where the 2 stars come from. This young blonde girl comes up with the bag of food and shoves it at me. I then ask for lots of hot, diablo, and mild. Trust me, I'm sure this annoys them, but this is Taco Bell and I'm sure this happens a lot. She then makes a face at me and gathers it all, and in the snarkiest voice says, "Next time when you order back there and they ask you what sauce you want, you tell them." She proceeds to push the sauces at me and slams the window. Alright.... first off I was NOT asked what sauces I would like. Not the guys fault, he was totally fine. Second, I moved here from another state recently and let me tell you I have never had such attitude like that over sauce. Normally when I pull up to the window they ask what sauce I would like, and when I tell them they place it in the bag and pass that along. Third, I totally get working for the public you can get annoyed, and she may have had a bad day or whatever, but I've been a server for over 8 years and you just don't make people feel stupid like that. I never ever wrote reviews, but this over just some sauce, broke it. The food was great, but she needs to work on her customer skills. Oh, and one more thing. When we got home my boyfriend opened up his food, and he got the smothered burrito, super messy right? She didn't put a spork/fork in there for him. Should I have asked for that too when I ordered? Next time maybe...

I would do 0 stars they said that I only had 25$ on my card. My order was 35$. I said well you’re gonna have to refund that or take a couple items off. She says don’t worry about it didn’t charge. You. I said I knew it did because you read the remaining balance that means I paid. She said oh know your good. So I try my card and they did charge the last of my money didn’t 25$ with of good. I called back and said it did charge me she said I’m the new manager I didn’t do it you it’s not my fault call down to corporate we’re not or anything or food just took my money my kids are starving I know they care but that is cold hearted never know what you get in Vegas it’s a cold world! With really bad customer service!!

I called back they said I don’t get they didn’t charge me I’m lying. Also the manager will not identify her name because they told me call how can call corporate if there hiding their names they seen kids crying backseat they care just took money food rudest people ever and there laughing at me say corporate eeee not telling you our names!

They could have at least gave me a couple tacos for the kids to eat!! Very funny taco ball...

Ordered 2 bean burritos and black bean taco the other night. Ended up with beef burritos and a messed refried bean taco which tasted like a tostada. My 74 year old mom whose a vegetarian due to her religion bit into her beef burrito and spit it out. I called back that night and they said they’d take care of it. Due to the storm and rain we went back to get our order resolved on Saturday. The supposed manager who was a female this time was extremely rude. Basically accused us of lying about the incident. Said she didn’t have any notes written and we didn’t have the food. I was so shocked and couldn’t believe someone would ask for food that was taken home and bitten into during a global pandemic. The sad part is we have been going to this Taco Bell for over 5 years next to our house....
