The place is super cute and the cookies are good. The ice cream is ok nothing that I would be ever be craving but the cookies are at least good. This place has the potential to do really good and I hope it does but its customer service is horrible. There was a Hispanic girl who seemed like she was actually trying but there are only two peolple working and the other guy that works there seriously needs a job were he doesn’t interact with people. Not one time did he say hi how are you or even what can I get you he literally just stands there and looks at you until you say what you want and then he rolls his eyes at you every time you ask for something. I mean seriously I don’t do reviews but his customer service was so bad my husband and I couldn’t stop talking about it. This is a cute restaurant and if they can get there service together we will be back but until then I’m gonna get my overpriced cookies from a place where they will at least say hi when I walk up to...

As a vegan, I appreciate the attempt to offer something I will eat. However, it was not a good experience here. The vegan cookies are super thin with the consistency of cardboard and have zero flavor. The vegan ice cream is worse than ice milk from back in the day. No creaminess or richness whatsoever. I know great vegan ice cream exists because I buy excellent plant-based ice cream for use at home. Then they made an attempt at warming the cookies up in a waffle iron-type appliance, which did absolutely nothing. The cookies were still cold and stiff, as if they were almost frozen to begin with. The ratio of ice cream to cookie was off by a lot; it would have been impossible to actually pick this up and eat it. Sadly, the cookies were so hard that I couldn't even cut them with the plastic spoon, and I had to resort to ripping them apart with my hands. This was a waste of $9.50, and I won't...
