I recently attended a birthday party for an 8-year-old at this adventure park, and while the concept is great, the execution is absolutely terrible. This was my first visit, and I can confidently say it will also be my last.
From the moment we walked in, the experience was frustrating. The front desk staff was rude and uninterested in providing even the most basic directions. Instead of offering clear guidance, we were met with a snide remark about the online waiver and a vague mumble about where to go next. A little effort in customer service would go a long way, but it’s clear the staff simply doesn’t care.
When we finally found our table (after unnecessary confusion), there was no host, no instructions, and no indication of what to do. Assuming the kids were good to go, I let them start playing—only to have them immediately stopped and told they needed bracelets and socks. Again, no one had communicated this, and because of the front desk’s complete lack of information, I had already thrown away the waiver receipt that we apparently still needed. So back to the front desk I went, wasting even more time. By the time the kids actually started playing, we had already lost 15–20 minutes.
The disorganization didn’t stop there. The zip line was a disaster. The staff member at the station was on his phone the entire time, showing no interest in keeping the line moving. One hesitant child held up the line for nearly 10 minutes, while the employee did absolutely nothing to manage the situation. There was no system in place to keep things moving efficiently, making an already chaotic environment even worse.
The party host? Completely disengaged. No personality, no energy, no effort—just another employee going through the motions with zero enthusiasm. Honestly, I can’t even blame them. The entire place is overwhelming, loud, chaotic, and completely disorganized. It’s a miserable environment, both for the people paying ridiculous amounts of money and for the poor staff stuck dealing with the mess.
To top it all off, we wrapped up with arcade games, only to be met with yet another round of incompetence. We waited 20 minutes just to redeem our tickets, and when the staff finally helped us, they made an error that inflated our ticket count—normally a lucky break, except the prize selection was so pathetic it didn’t even matter. Cheap, plastic junk that wasn’t worth the hassle.
Long story short: this place is a waste of money, time, and patience. Poor customer service, uninterested staff, zero organization, and an overall miserable experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, and I certainly...
Read moreI would’ve this place a 5 but we had an issue at our first visit. We did the platinum pass for our kids for the day so they are able to do everything there. Well we make our way to the skyline mind you it is pretty hard to determine where the line starts because you don’t know who is in line or there watching the go karts. So they have a team member at the top and one at the gate to let people up. My kids finally get close and this girl and her friends wanted to cut the line so a dad we had been standing next to stood up and said no she can’t cut the line while we have all been waiting. Girl didn’t like that so she went and got her mom and the mom chewed out the team member and the other dad corrected her about it. So they walk away. Ok cool. We move on after my kids did the ride and before the night ended they wanted to do it again. Well this time there is no team member at the gate to let people up so we have no idea when to go up so we were waiting 30+ minutes. One team member comes down and goes just give us a couple minutes ok cool. Then he goes back up and then they both come down again and one team member goes I’m going home and he doesn’t say anything to anyone in line to let us know what is going on. He comes back and goes up and he says when one person comes down the next one can come up. By this time my daughter and I have been waiting 20+ minutes. Finally it’s time for my kid to go up and again a girl comes by and cuts all of the kids in line and goes up there. All of us parents are pissed so one mom went up there and chewed her out. The little girl comes back down. So all of us parents are like just go up there and wait up there well then a group of kids come by and rush up there and tried cutting EVERYONE off in line. About 3 parents went up there including my husband to let the member know what is happening and that they need to figure out a system. It kind of spoiled the end of the night because it was such a mess. I understand the place is still new and they have to work out kinks but at this time I saw so many team members just standing around that they should’ve came over and stop at the gate and monitored it so us parents didn’t have to their job. Get that problem figured out and this place would...

How about I just cover the go carts in this review. While they are unique, unfortunately your memory of the attraction will be the horrible wait time due to the “Bad News Bears” team in front of you trying to figure out who’s on first. Adults can drive, but good luck when accidentally jumping in a cart with child pedals blocks mounted -thankfully you’ll be wearing nothing but socks (remember no shoes) and the overall experience will make you wish you were aboard an airline’s tightest economy seat on a turbulent trans oceanic red eye flight instead. Perhaps the suggestion of visiting a local park to feed the ducks wasn’t that bad of an idea after all.
The team working the carts have no direction, attendance goal numbers, or six sigma training for their own efficiency frustrations -they simply just go through the cart reset motions (however long it takes) because well, that’s just what one does without training. Throw in time for personal mobile device viewing (again), a brief team huddle to decide who’s doing what (again) as well as the boredom of tossing the orange track controllers aimlessly because, well, that just what anyone would do without any thought. With all of this occurring together there is now a wait line outside of the queue space with patrons who have yet to claw out their eyes. There is absolutely no regard for customer service or one’s personal experience throughout this, and only this, adventure. All of the others within the building will have to wait (pun intended).
Feel free to suggest a lane of carts with pedal blocks installed, preferably in the lane closest to the track so that little ones don’t have to test the driving skills they don’t have (this lengthy chute filling process adds to your wait). The pedal blocks do take some time to install and remove, and yes, this occurs before every cart run on top of all other needless delays (see above). For the time my family rode the carts, it took longer to load up a queue of drivers and riders than the entire drive time on the track -truly the biggest let down and regret. And...
