Urban Air Kennesaw — Attraction in Kennesaw

My wife took our son to Urban Air, and did not realize that the membership was annual, and not month-to-month. She then had knee surgery after a freak accident, and they refused to let us out of the contract. I proposed something creative like using the money towards a birthday party, and "guest loyalty" ignored everything I said with a template email and told me this would be their final correspondence. What a terribly run business, stuck in the age of un-breakable contracts, even if you have a signed note from your surgeon, saying that you probably should not go to a trampoline park and my 5th grader, well he cannot drive himself!! - This one awful run business, horrific customer service and because of this experience, we will tell all of our friends and family never to support Urban Air or ANY Unleashed Brands businesses. Shame on you for treating customers...

The food is my issue. Their menu options are not good. They don't have any salads or healthy options at all. No veggies for the pizzas or veggie pizza. You pay for the soda and can't get any refills. Then I just paid over $11 for a combo wings, fries and drink and look at the picture, SMH. The guy said you're supposed to get 3 oz of fries 😂 REALLY 😳 It's basically a kids meal lol... You can't bring outside food in and you want to stay for a while so your kid can have fun but you'll die if thirst lol. They need to do better. I think we'll try and eat before we come next time. Great Staff, Manager (Jacorry), and the food is delicious. I recently moved to the area and wanted a fun low cost evening for my two boys 9 and 11. We were welcomed by the host Staff and they assisted us with getting signed in. The manager was present, professional and also assisted with our sign in. We had fun as planned and it was a very good experience. Also, the building was clean, especially the bathrooms. We will be visiting again and planning to have both birthday parties at this location...
