I’m extremely disappointed with the way my daughter and I were treated during our recent visit. My young daughter tapped the jelly bean machine and a few beans accidentally spilled. I immediately reacted and corrected her. Instead of handling the situation with any understanding or professionalism, your employee chose to make a scene and sarcastically said, “I’m gonna charge you for those. It then cut me a deal by charging $2 for what couldn’t have even been 4-5 jelly beans instead of $3. We visit this store often, and to be treated like that over such a small and innocent incident is incredibly frustrating.For the owner or manager reading this you’ve officially lost our business. I suggest you review your security footage and ask yourself if a couple of spilled jelly beans was worth losing a loyal customer.

I went there with kids and figured we and our business would be welcomed due to whole environment, but we were never engaged. I had to go to the sales person to get an answer for my initial pricing question and the answer was fleeting. She spent the time we were there talking to what seemed like a non-customer by the register, but not sure. For the amount they charge for candy, decent customer service is expected...at least a nice greeting. When we went to register to pay, she said to my 5 year old, "Give me your bag". It was very curt, cold and no way to engage a small child. I said something to her about it and she apologized, but I don't think I will be visiting this establishment again, just...

I think this place looks fun and exciting to kid's . They did a great job designing a place that looks like a candy 🍬 land for kid's. I like the layout of this place it sort of is like a roundabout. My kid's love things like gummy bears, gummy worms and gummy sharks. This store has a good selection of gummy candy you can get here. They have things like Laffy taffy and other goodies like bubble gum.

The woman behind the counter did not look happy to be working there. She did not look like she cared for shoppers. Maybe she was having a bad day. The prices...
