Thunder Alley Bowling Center — Attraction in Fort Carson

The asian lady at the counter was very rude the entire time. When we was given shoes, one pair was ripped apart inside so i asked for another pair, and she gave me a pair that was worse then the ones we had. Well we was put on lane 16 and the rails was broken so we got switched to lane 11. Our balls kept getting stuck on lane 11, and she got very rude everytime I asked her to fix it. She even came to our lane and told me to stop using the 8 pound balls because those get stuck in the machine. So after 2 hours of barely getting to play and the balls getting stuck on almost every roll. They wasnt wanting to fix the machine, so I walked down the lane to fix it myself not knowing the lane was drenched in oil, LOL so i slipped and fell and pulled my shoulder muscle. And when i fell my foot got trapped in the guard rail. No one came to help me, and I was never asked if I was ok, and an incident report was not made. Not sure if I will be back while she is working. And I'll let their machine break before I ever walk down that lane again! 😂😂😂 Oh and after they seen me fall, they decided to fix the machine and 7 balls came out. 🙄 And no, no one in the bowling ally asked if I was ok, but yes everyone laughed as I was crawling back down the lane and slipping and sliding all over the...

Great facilities with very reasonable prices. Weekend prices are a little higher than weekday, but still very affordable. Very modern equipment with automatic scoring screens that let you choose different themed scoreboards. Getting a lane and shoes only took 2 minutes. The snack bar was clean and had several food and drink options to choose from. Very family oriented. Each lane has bumpers that can be raised, and ball rolling ramps are available so that even the youngest toddlers can participate. House bowling balls were plentifully with several different weights to choose from. The staff were very knowledgeable and eager to offer assistance. I recently visited this bowling alley with my family, and it was a terrible experience. Throughout our time there, a nearby party was loudly using inappropriate language, which was extremely upsetting given that we had young children with us. What made it even worse was that the manager stood there, interacting with them almost the whole time, and did nothing to address their behavior.
