Top Nails Tech — Attraction in West Palm Beach

If I could give this place a negative star I would. I do not know what happened this used to be my favorite place to do my nails, pedi and eyebrows. Yesterday I got out of work and went in to do my nails the gentleman that sits first to the left as you come in was being very rude yelling at every person that came through the door there was no hello just a "what you want" he even told someone who came in that they were closed for pedicures but had two ladies afterwards with no appointment come in "very discriminating" ....not only that he did my nails which is a basic acrylic full set at $20 with color which is an extra $5 and because he shaped them different did not tell me he was going to charge me more ..... well my full set was already up to $35.00- who does that ....you are supposed to let the customer know if you are going to charge extra and for what you are charging extra. Well at that point I was already starting to get angry and I told the young girl who was going to do my pedicure to forget it just paint my nails and do my eyebrows so I could get out of there I also asked for the gentleman name and she replied "I don't know" well she did my eyebrows which now my eye lids look horrible they are swollen I attached a picture...not sure if she did it on purpose at this point. well I went to pay but not until the gentleman who they refused to tell me his name but I do know he is the manager told me not to come back to the salon and also scenically threatened me as I was walking out the door telling me be careful be very careful "like what does that mean"...

Im actually really surprised how bad this place has gotten. This salon is...chaotic at best. Do not walk in, they will tell you 15 minutes and you'll actually wait 45. Calling ahead is slightly better, still chaotic though. Which isnt their fault, they are highly understaffed and horribly managed, which leads to sloppy and rushed work. Nothing more relaxing than sitting down to do your nails and your nail tech being rushed, due to a massive amount of people up front all being told they will wait 10minutes.

Today I got an acrylic full set and i'm pretty shocked by how bad it came out. Shape is inconsistent and crooked, polish is thick and gloopy and worse off my cuticles look like they have been through a meat grinder. I would post pictures but I dont see an option. There is one guy that does acrylics well, but you'll never get him because everyone knows hes the best so you could wait hours to get him.

The people that work there work really hard and are ALWAYS respectful and helpful, which is the only reason I give 2 stars instead of none. Like i mentioned above, they work hard, they just have horrible leadership. All their problems would be solved if they invested in their organization more. No rushed/stressed employees =...

WOW!!!! $80 nexgin and pedi!!!!! So don’t give me wrong I usually go to this nail salon because usually they do a great job. No they are not the best with quality. They don’t use high-quality stuff at all and usually use the same tools on everyone. Honestly it’s a great way to get nail fungus. Also let me tell you on my nails I got French nexgin without a tip ON MY NAIL! And a pedi without polish at all because the nail tech messed up one of my toes and tried to fix it without redoing it. It looked awful. I asked him to fix it and he basically just tried to put a bandaid on it again instead of just redoing it. I was so upset I had him take the polish off. LADIES DONT GO HERE if your looking for honest pricing and quality nails. If you want some ran down nail salon that does your nails half ass was shitty quality this is where you should come. Come on Michael you should’ve done a better job. I will never go back. Towards the end he got really rude with me and basically told me not to come back. It’s not my fault that you messed up my nail.
