Warning!! This store is extreamly racist!! My husband purchased my wedding ring from this store and the whole time the lady behind the counter couldnt remember his name. I mean seriously if someone was about to spend $1000+ the least you can do is remember there name! I went into the store today to have it sized. I walked in and everyone just stared at me no hi how may we help you nothing. So I walked up and asked to have my ring sized and the same lady that helped my husband pick out the ring was like that will be $196. I was like excuse me I bought the ring here it should be free to have it sized. Then she said oh I didn't know you got the ring here...ya because you didn't ask. About that time a white lady walks in and the other two guys jump up to help her... i just syood there thunjing wow i didnt even get a good morning how are you. Mean while the lady was having trouble looking us up in the computer because it was in the wrong name!! She couldn't remember my husband's name when he bought the ring and still put it into the system wrong! THEN has the nerve to tell me that the ring has already been sized..what do you mean the ring has already been sized? So we bought a ring for full price and it's already been sold and warn?! We will never be going back to this store and I hope you take my advice. I would like to give this rating no stars they don't even...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. Do not EVER buy jewelry here, especially an engagement ring!!!!!! We have had a terrible experience since buy the ring about 11 months ago!! To start off, they gave my then boyfriend the WRONG RING!!!! They let him walk out of the store with a cheaper ring than the one he had paid for. After proposing, we noticed the gold type was not right and brought it back. It took a few weeks and they finally gave us the right ring. After 3 weeks of having the ring, the first diamond fell out. They fixed the ring, but since then, 2 more diamonds have fallen out. When my fiancé brought the ring to them to be fixed, the manager tried to blame me for wearing the ring too much and being too rough with it (mind you, I don’t wear my ring to work because I am afraid it will get damaged). We brought it to another jeweler who said the craftsmanship on this ring was terrible and it would not have passed their store’s quality control. Each time we have return to Turners they have been rude. We filed a complaint with the better business bureau about a month ago, and surprise, have heard nothing back from Turners. With about a month and a half till the wedding and a diamond currently missing, I am EXTREMELY frustrated and disappointed in this business. We felt that they took advantage of us because of our age. 0/10 recommend Turners....
Read moreMy husband took his deceased mothers engagement ring to Turners to have it sized for me. The average time it takes to size is 2 to 3 weeks from the research i have done. It took them 2 hours. Come to find out that they took out the yellow tinted real diamond and replaced it with a man made clear diamond. These people are thevies. NEVER take your jewelry to these con artist. That ring ment THE WORLD to my husband because it was the ONLY thing he inherited from his mother, and to think of how they took advantage of him sickens me. They also changed the prongs that held the diamond from 18k gold to silver. So they kept the gold as well. Turners Jewellers should be ashamed of themselves. NO WONDER THEY CHARGE SO MUCH. THEY ARE STEALING FROM PAYING CUSTOMERS AND WHAT THEY TAKE THEY ARE SELLING. SICKOS, HOW COULD YOU DO THAT TO A 20 YR OLD WHO LOST HIS MOTHER? GREED, TURNERS JEWLERS ARE FULL OF THEVIES AND CON ARTISTS. I realize ill never see that ring or its peices again but ill be DAMNED if i let anyone else get ripped off again. TURNERS YOU OWE MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF AN APOLOGY AND THE COST OF THAT RING.
