You could have a actually manager there and non disrespectful workers and not bring cold food the non manager at the store was very rude the driver was loud and also very rude he had been to two different addresses before he called me when I contacted the store the person on the phone stated that he wasn't a manager I asked for the corporate office number and he said that he did not know it also he said that there was nothing that he could do about refunding my money that he could not refund me or he could not fix my order he could not do anything nothing of the above he also stated that he was not a manager and he gave me the wrong name he told me he would not I asked for his last name he would refuse to give that to me as well so him the shift leader which was not supposed to be in the store alone because of course they're supposed to be a manager the actual manager would serve safe certification in the store because I also work at a restaurant and I know that for a fact but he said that he was not a manager and the deliverer and the non-manager were very disrespectful very rude and very not understanding at all but was more than willing to take my money and I had to feed my child cold pizza well I warmed it up in my microwave had to feed him that and they were just very disrespectful I would definitely not recommend anybody to go to this Pizza Hut in Seneca at all ever until they get their stuff together I can't give no stars but ya know I...
Read moreI ordered my pizza on the telephone and he said it would take no more than 20 minutes for my pieces to be done when I went to pick up my pieces there was one lady in line waiting what her cash. The manager of the store proceeded to tell me that the systems were down and they would be up in 5 minutes or so so I waited over 45 minutes for my pizza the manager then said he would be willing to give a 10% discount. I told him we have been waiting so long for these pizzas and any other restaurant in the order was wrong due to the restaurant it will most likely be free after repeated questioning about what kind of discount he was going to get off for waiting so long the manager said he will go straight to his GM he came right back and said that he could give us 50% off. I went ahead and agreed because I was tired and hungry and my children were also. However it was really unprofessional I believe the way the GM number came up front to apologize himself aim to offer the discount for the pizza if it wasn't good once we got home or for future discounts either. Ordered 2 medium pizzas, breadsticks, and chicken wings from Pizza Hut in Seneca, SC. Unfortunately, the quality was seriously lacking. •Pizzas were undercooked and doughy, making them difficult to eat. •Chicken wings seemed microwaved—the meat was rubbery, and the breading had a cardboard-like texture. •Breadsticks were soaked in oil, leaving them greasy and unappetizing.
Unfortunately, the customer service was lacking during my visit. The staff displayed little enthusiasm for their work, seeming uninterested and unmotivated. While my experience in the service industry makes me understand tipping is always appreciated, actively mentioning, and expecting tips without providing quality service felt unprofessional. A more positive and customer-focused approach would greatly improve the experience.
Overall, a frustrating experience. Hoping this was just an off night, but definitely not worth the price. Photo and video uploaded.
