Me And My Family Had Been So Excited When We Found Out Eggs Up Opened A New Location In Our Neighborhood. We Didn't Have To Make The Ride All The Way To Clemson To Eat Anymore But We All Are Disappointed With The Experience We Had Here! We Go In And Everyone Is Nice As Can Be At First The Manger Was Very Polite Of Course I Took My Granddaughters To Eat.Well We All Know How Kid's Are PICKY So Our Food Comes After The 40 Min Wait And That's Fine We Are Patient But The Food Was Really Over Cooked! So My Granddaughters Wanted It Remade I Told The Manger And The Longer We Waited On The Remake The More Her Tru Color's Came Out. Not Only Did We Get Dirty Hateful Looks But She Makes A Comment About Your Grandkids Are Really PICKY Next Time You Might Want To Try Huddle House And Proceeds To Tell Us It's Right Up The Street I Was Born In Seneca Lived Here 52 Year's I'm Aware Of All The Restaurant Locations I Don't Remember Her Name But Someone Did Not Give Her Proper Care Growing Up I Was Furious I Think We Will Be Making The Ride To The Other Locations Next Time We...

I understand that this is a new business and logistics are difficult in the beginning to work through. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Staff seems to work as fast as possible as well. However, as a a Dasher, it is quite consistent that we are having to pick up orders late. We usually have a 4-5 minute window of wait time to leave with order. If not, it counts against us and have to explain to customers. If it's past the window of time, we have to either let it count against us(we have a very small amount of orders we can do that with) or have to unassign. I understand the logistical reason on why they are being given to us after 10 minutes of waiting, but it's not good for us. Perhaps consider placing a brief pause on DoorDash orders until orders can be given to us on time. Also, it would cut down on wait time for customers in house, for the food orders they have placed. Overall great establishment, no major complaints other...

I finally had an opportunity to get food from Eggs Up Grill. They were very busy the first time I went. It took a long time to get my food and they left off the salsa from my order. I've only ordered the Baja Chicken Omlete. It is delicious!😋 When I ordered it the second time and it had the salsa on it, that made it even better. I haven't been able to get beyond that dish to try anything else. It is very well seasoned. I also ordered wheat toast and grits as my sides with coffee to drink. The service was wonderful which made the food taste even better. I do feel that it is a little pricey, but because of the price of eggs these days that is to be expected. That will not be a deterrent. What I've had was really good and I'm looking forward to trying other dishes if I can get passed the omlete. Kudos to Eggs...
